Best customer service experience I have received from a fast food place. I made a mistake with my online order and the staff at Hardee’s was willing to correct my mistake, even though it inconvenienced them. Very friendly staff, and prompt service. The pork and gravy sandwich was bomb. Overall as of 4/22/23 this location left a lasting impression on me 5 out of 5.

Always a great burger. Stopped in during a long road trip. Girl at the register was nice. Wanted to use the bathrooms but there was someone standing with a mop bucket, texting. It was 35 minutes before they closed and she said we couldn’t use the bathrooms cause she just cleaned them. So she was a little rude.

I have to say usually when I go here (maybe twice a month) service at the window is good. So my mistake was not checking my insanely simple order. Porkchop biscuit a steak biscuit and a large coke. Well I look forward to their porkchop biscuit. I reach in the bag and realize no napkins. I know they are insanely expensive, and everyone has cut back on handing them out. To far to go back I drive on home. When I reach back into the bag I have a steak biscuit and an egg and cheese biscuit. My order was repeated back to me correctly. What happened? Only two cars behind me in line. The last few times I have been to this Hardees I have noticed service going a bit down hill but dam. No napkins. I usually get 2 anyway. Just not happy about it. Anyway, I’m just getting it off my chest I guess.

Love love love the steak egg and cheese biscuit! I TOTALLY hate eggs so for me to like them you know they are good! Hardee’s is, so far, the ONLY fast food place that has eggs that actually taste like eggs. The biscuits are always on point. Bottom line, it’s fast food, and it tastes great. I sometimes drive almost half hour each way to get breakfast from here and the staff has always been extremely nice, so I make it a point to tell them they are appreciated.
