I know their are known for juicy burgers but there is a difference between juicy and sloppy. Had to use a spoon to scrape the extreme excess of co dimensions off as they were dripping all over. Ordered no ketchup but got it anyway. No ice. No carbonation in soda machine which was filthy. The young lady who took our order was polite but appeared to be new. I felt sorry for her as her “training” was obviously non-existent based on the way she received help when she asked for it.

This Hardee’s is ridiculous. Sign in the window says they start serving lunch at 10:30. Went to pick up food for my son at 10:35 and was told they don’t start serving lunch until 11. I asked about the sign, they said oh we start serving lunch at 11:30. So I ordered a breakfast sandwich, got to the window, PAID, then was asked to pull up. There were NO other cars in line. At all. So I said no and got a refund. Hardee’s is slow, overpriced, and the food is just average. The only reason I went to this one was convenience, but that’s just not a good enough reason anymore.

I placed an order for the 2nd time in 6 months, and when we arrived they have no record of my order. The order # doesn’t show. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT GETTING ANYTHING FROM THIS LOCATION. My bank shows the transaction was complete for food purchase but like I said, 2nd time ordering and still no food or record of a purchase. I’ll NEVER go back here again and I’ll let all my friends know this too.

Hardee’s mushroom and Swiss is my favorite hamburger. Went through the drive thru on my way home from Rehobeth beach. Traffic was a nightmare but I was eagerly awaiting my mushroom and Swiss burger.. I bought 6, as there are no Hardee’s close to where I live. Ate 1 on the way home and it was delicious. Started to wrap the remaining burgers for the freezer and only 4 of the buns had a hamburger in them. One had cheese, mushrooms but no burger. How does that happen?

The Hardee’s in Dover De seems like they need to train their employees how to talk to customers and how to treat them. The food is given to you cold , and when you ask for your drink that you PAID for the employee rather argue and tell

Food was yummy, not too greasy, i got the french toast sticks, my dad got a biscuit breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese & bacon. Staff made sure we got exactly what we wanted, asking extra questions and being kind since we have never been to Hardee’s before. They offer delivery with Doordash. Would go again.
