Good sandwich, little pricey, not the fastest deli, but everyone was so nice and accommodating

Typically love this place, but whoever answered the phone for us today was so rude. I’ve always understood breakfast to be served all day there. We have a long history of ordering breakfast items at any time. At 11:45 am this morning we called and started to place a breakfast order for pick up, two items in and they said “I’m not wasting time making these things, we’re busy with lunch” and then hung up on us. Not sure if it’s someone new or what. But super disappointing. I really loved their omlettes, but there are plenty of other places to go if you’re looking for breakfast options.

My staff and I order from hard roll up to twice a week. Every time they are fast, friendly and the food is always delicious. The staff is absolutely amazing, always willing to share recommendations (they have never steered me wrong) From turkey clubs or a chicken Philly. You can’t go wrong with Hard roll deli.

Used to be a great spot for lunch. They no longer seem to be able to keep up with a normal lunch rush. Walked out on my last visit without even being able to place an order. The last few times before that, it took about a half hour for one sandwich. They definitely prioritize phone orders over people ordering in store.

I am the worst! I go into a deli for breakfast I tell them I don’t want breakfast I don’t want something messy because it’ll be in the car. Oh and no I don’t like wraps. Not only did they find the perfect sandwich for me… It was delicious! But the gentleman that helped me almost seemed to enjoy the process and never once showed even a small glint of annoyance. When the hazelnut coffee was empty they heard the gurgle and came over immediately to make more. It was ready quickly, it was hot, it was delicious. Let’s support local! This place is awesome. I didn’t pee here.

Not happy with my salad today, they chopped up a slice of tomato for a whole salad, very light on the onions and carrots, they forgot the cucumbers. It seemed like a rush job. Not HAPPY at all today

I tried calling in a order for a hr because I have flu like symptoms couldn’t get thru. Then I go there place my order and they made the wrong sandwich. I ordered a sausage, bacon egg and cheese and received a sausage egg and cheese. The Omelet was thrown together then cheese just melted on top will be taking my business elsewhere.
