Our server Vivian was great. We all enjoyed the food and of course the ambiance. My only comment is if you purchase the photo pack be sure to look at them closely. We thought they looked fine and only when we got home did we realize that my husband is missing an arm in the photos. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional but just check yours.

From the moment we arrived, we were seated super fast. Our waiter was beyond nice & the food was delicious as well ! Has got to be the best Hard Rock Cafe I’ve had the pleasure of dining at. What blew me away, being a HUGE Elvis fan I just couldn’t get enough of looking at the memorabilia they have all over of him. I can’t even tell you how many pics I was able to take & let’s not forget The Pink Cadillac suspended in air !! Every angle was incredible !

The food was absolutely excellent! Especially the boneless buffalo wings. Service was pretty good too. My only complaint was the pressure by the server to spend money in the gift shop. I’m sure she gets some sort of commission off of whatever is spent by a party she serves, but it’s no big deal. Just a little annoying. The artifacts on display are unreal! It truly is like a church to rock n’ roll.

Absolutely Amazing. The best way to put it. I went in with 11 friends, we all ordered meals. Food was out in 30 minutes. Sam and Suzanne were constantly checking on us and being so patient. We all used gift cards, which take a while to go through. They started running the cards while we ate to better service us. Wonderful experience, best restaurant experience we have had. I have nothing but good things to say. Picture was also taken by Sam.

Went there to celebrate my daughters birthday as usual the place was super packed. The atmosphere was typical with the loud music, but good tunes. Our waitress was super nice. However, you can tell she was assigned a lot of tables. My wife had ordered the salmon; when it came out and it was super hard and difficult to cut into although once we complained they remedied the situation quickly by providing her with a different dish. I found the tab to be a little pricey, but I guess it’s the experience that you’re paying for.
