The pizza is unique to the woodfire style, true to the old Italy way of doing pizza. Fresh ingredients, hand crafted and all visible to the customer from beginning to end of the process. Sauce is made in house and has a unique tang to it. Taste is very good and lacks the salt load you get at alot of chains. Crust is a little flat and tasteless for a wood fire pizza. Recommended for the food. The atmosphere is interesting although I wouldn’t recommend it for a date night unless you’re eating outside. Industrial styling on the inside.

Slightly crisp surface, soft chewy inside, Hard Knox Pizzeria has got the dibs with dough done delightful. The pizzeria ingredient choices and options for the style of pizza checks off the complete creativity list. The hard working employees swiftly attended and accommodate consumers dining in the restaurant, take out orders, and also curbside convenience. Incredibly delicious pizza.

Consistently great pizza. Top quality ingredients expertly prepared. The Greek salad we usually get is also top notch. You pay more for this type of quality. If that’s an issue then Dominos may be your choice.

Good, classic pizza but pricing makes it hard to stomach. These were two 8inch pizzas, that came out to $35. We are on a lunch budget. The google pictures had something diffferent for the menu so thats why i ordered. But they must know that customers always order 8inch pizzas based on a $9 price point rather than the $15 they are charging now for 4 oz of flour. I mean charge well for a good business but also serve others. Restaurants that dont do that are in it for a quick buck. Easy to recognize what this establishment stands for. 🙁

Really good wood fired pizza! Perfectly charred crust with the slight chew you’d want. Had a red sauce pie and a white sauce. Both were phenomenal. Great service as well!

Me and my girlfriend came tonight, two pizza and two drinks were over $50. Definitely not worth the price. Drinks are not worth $4 a piece and the tea was terrible didn’t even want a refill. If we had known it was going to be so expensive we would have gone somewhere else. Pizza is not that quality it’s not worth $20 a pie. Staff asked for a tip after swiping my card but they do not refill or bring you anything they just take your order and throw toppings on. Go home and eat frozen pizza it will be much more worth your time. Never going back.

It’s my favorite pizza in Knoxville. I recommend the Bonecrusher. Staff is always friendly. You order up front, and they bring it to your table. Nice beer selection at the bar.

Came in 20 minutes before closing, yes, I know…rude.. when you close at 9 and customers are at the ball field until 8, arrive here at 830, it’s frustrating because you want to close ..BUT you’re not closed. The employees were nice, the pizza was awful, I mean unless you like drinking ranch dressing.

2nd place as best pizza in Knoxville in my books! (#1 spot going to Adopo), but more affordable and a better spot for a more casual lunch/dinner since you don’t need reservations like Adopo. Highly recommend this local favorite if you’re looking for a great pizza spot.
