Sunday Aug 13 2023 at 4 pm 6 of us drove 1hr to get to Harbour House. We have been there many time before. When we got are bill we were over charged $17.00. The Waitress said no manager was there and the price was in the computer wrong from what the menu said and all she could do is give us a credit of 17 dollars for next visit. That is one way to get people to come back. We declined gave are tip and left. My Son-in-law got sick on the greasy Philly Steak Sandwich. Was charged 2.99 for fries that came with 3 of the meals and over charged $4 on each Philly steak sandwich meal 2 of them. I wish Harbour House the Best it could be a nice place again.

Waited for an hour, then told they couldn’t make our steak or ribs we ordered. Never brought out our drinks we ordered, and there was no one even in the bar. We left without a single drink or food. Owners running this place need a new career…. Update to your response, Yes, you’re right. We are experienced owners in the food industry. And we did talk to your staff about the fire in the kicken with the rookie cook. Does not explain the lack of drinks from the bar. Nor you terrible establishment. But attacking our character for your bad business says a lot about you, too. We will never be back.

Definitely the nicest restaurant on the lake. Staff if very friendly and personable. Prices are right and the view in awesome. We had very good service and the steak was amazing.

This place was an absolute waste of my time and money. We got crab cakes, shrimp cocktails and i got the ribeye sandwich and asked for onions, tomatoes, lettuce and waffle fries. I asked that my meat be medium to well. The crabcakes were burnt on the outside edges and soggy in the middle. 3 over cooked shrimps for $15 as an appetizer. My fries were cold and soggy, my meat was well done and no lettuce, onions or tomatoes. A manager asked what was going on cause i just sat there not eating and while i was trying to explain, our waitress Emily showed up and dragged her away. Finally the manager shows up a little later surprised nothing had been done about my food and takes my food away only to return with new fries and the same now cold, well done steak and tells me ‘the well done steak is medium to well’. At this point everyone i’m there with is done eating and i’m over it. My boyfriend’s steak was rare on one side and medium rare on the other. his side of veggies was served cold and had 2 green bean, a piece of squash, and some unrecognizable mushy other pieces. The manager then asked our waitress to give us a discount. Ladies and gentlemen, Emily the waitress took off $1.60 as a discount from our $130 meal. we still tipped $15. we were there early and it wasn’t busy yet. so the lack of service was surprising. I work with people and have worked customer service all my life. I would never treat a customer like this. Avoid this place!!! and if you by any chance end up here, avoid Emily!!

Had to wait for the server for a bit, but when they finally came by without having to flag one down…it wasn’t too bad service. We ordered the calamari and that came to us kinda rubbery and then we got our salads and most of the lettuce was wilted and kinda looked old. I got my steak and even that was undercooked. Well….it might be a little while before we come back here again, especially for the price….not really worth it

My children and myself went to breakfast on a Saturday for the breakfast buffet. Everything was absolutely delicious. Hot fresh and they never ran out of anything. I saw them constantly checking the food levels! Will be back again.
