Went for an early Dinner on an April Saturday (5:15) was not crowded except for a wedding reception in a portion of the restaurant that, while loud, added a welcome distraction for my young child.

It’s been a few years since I’ve eaten at Harbor Lights as we don’t live right in the area. I can’t recall what we previously ordered but this time I was very impressed. The warm lobster roll was very full and buttery! I’ve had a few lobster rolls in the last few years (good and bad) and this one was definitely on par with the best ones I’ve tried. My husband got the crab cake sandwich which was also very good. For dessert we both got the key lime pie which was delicious. It had a nice light crust and tart flavor. Beautiful presentation. My father in law got the crème brûlée which was equally as amazing. Thank you Harbor Lights for a lovely lunch. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy the outside seating!

Spacious park and fancy New England restaurant. There’s even a Bike Trail that connects to The City of Norwalk ending at the beaches. Atmosphere is clean and friendly people from residents to visitors. Definitely would recommendation

Really nice patio on the waterfront with squawking seagulls and the smells of the salty ocean. Service was VERY mediocre. Food was ok but very dry. I had a lobster roll that desperately needed sauce – glad I asked for mayo with my fries – the server never came back to check on us and it took ages to have the table cleared. It was ok but very expensive and neither the service, nor the food quality warranted the prices. 1 bottled beer and a lobster roll for US$51 is a bit much.

This was more of an 4.5 stars experience. Beautiful location right on the water. Reserved this place for a bday celebration. Parking is a little tight but they do offer valet parking. Service was great. Very attentive. Gratuity was included in the bill. We tried a few items off their menu for appetizers. All were very delicious. For main meals we tried salmon dish, seafood risotto, fish and chips, fresh lobster, lobster roll. Overall very good but a few items to improve on. Lobster roll needed either a little butter or some sauce to bring it together. Seafood risotto clams were a little chewy. Everything else tasted great. We will definitely come back if we get a chance.

Atmosphere was great, unfortunately the food and the service not so much. We brought my daughter, who’s 4 and very well behaved, but because of this ordered right away. After waiting 45+ minutes I asked if they could bringer her pasta as soon as it was ready. The waiter replied everything will be out tofu momentarily. Well, after 20-30 more minutes finally they did bring out her pasta b4 the other meals. However this wasn’t the worst of it. After all that, the other three meal’s finally came out and we’re room temperature. Disappointing to say the least, and they weren’t even really apologetic. Next time I want a nice meal I won’t be going here… I’d suggest finding somewhere else with a good atmosphere, plenty of options around with good food and good service as well.

Beautiful location on the Norwalk waterfront. The service was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations of the high prices. Fish n chips were fair, but the medium rare tuna steak was cold and covered in bland vegetables. Appetizers of Calamari and shrimp Dumplings were good, as was the stuffed shrimp.

I went for dinner the other night, and while everyone with us enjoyed their meals (lobster, sea bass, pasta), I ordered the burger and requested mashed potatoes rather than fries. Within the first few bites, I realized I was eating plastic from the potatoes. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and while my food was good, this ruined my meal for me. When spending $200+ on dinner, this type of mistake just shouldn’t happen. I understand mistakes do happen, but this is not what I’d expect. To remedy the situation a fresh side of potatoes, and they did remove my meal from the bill, which at that point my appetite was ruined.

Absolutely exquisite. I came at 2 pm on a Monday to enjoy the view, a book, and an afternoon. The service was the perfect blend of attentive and letting me take my time. I ordered the Aphrodite’s Temptation cocktail to start which was dry and flavorful. I had the Sauv Blanc wine and crab cakes. They were light and flavorful and served with a lovely set of thin mixed veggies and lemon tartar. Reasonable prices and lovely afternoon.
