The food was really delicious. Some of the best Tacos I’ve had. The flavors exploded. One of the best shrimp tacos I’ve had. The salsa was filled with black beans, and had this smokey flavor. Unlike anything I’ve had. For the price of each taco, I feel like they should have been a little thicker.

We were looking for an affordable local place to eat dinner around the shopping in Petoskey and found Happy’s Tacos! So glad we did as these were some of the best tacos we’ve ever had! If you’re a foodie you will love the interesting flavor combos and depth of flavors. We tried each of the 3 available options and my husband and I both couldn’t decide which was our favorite. Sooo good! We had our younger kiddos with us so we were pleasantly surprised it’s located in a food truck court with kid friendly options like pizza, grilled cheese and more. It’s also next to an open air bar (fresh spicy watermelon margarita was delish!) and the whole court is really cute! We loved it all! Highly recommend!!

Definitely a twist to traditional tacos but don’t let that fool you – they are absolutely delicious. Roasted pork Super burrito is also really good. I would come here again and would easily recommend it to anyone.

Happy’s Tacos is an awesome place to get great tasting tacos and burritos! I had the crispy shrimp tacos, flavor combinations are dynamic and delicious. Definitely recommend if your looking for a place outdoor seating.
