I just ordered from your 312 S Telegraph Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341 store. I order from there about once a week and my order is usually $19 and change and when the girl on the phone asks if I would like to tip the driver I say make the total $23. On more than one occasion, like today, the girl replies to me “so tip the driver $5.” and as usual I say “No make the total $23.” so far they charge what I say but today when my receipt came thru venmo I see she went ahead and charged $23.84 like she usually tries to get me to agree to but I never do. So I called back and said I got an electronic receipt showing you went ahead and overcharged me even though I specifically said $23 total. She didn’t answer so I said “Am I correct in assuming you can’t reverse the charge to get that money back? and she said “yeah”. I will never ever do business with this restaurant again. The food is very good. It’s too bad they try to bully you out of money and there owner should know that for your worker to charge a lousy extra dollar I will order from somewhere else from now on.

So got a couple pizzas and some wings delivered to my home. Box was crushed and the whole pizza was stuck to the top. Eventually it fell back down and I grabbed a slice while my girl called to let happys know about the situation. Initially the woman on the phone suggested we set the pizza to the side (after my family waited over an hour to eat) and they would make a new one, have it sent out and the driver would take the other one back. We declined and asked could they make a note and give us a replacement in the future. She placed us on hold and a guy I assume was the manager got on the phone. He asks why we done want them to send one out and my girl tells him we would prefer credit seeing as it’s dinner time and we wouldn’t want to have to wait another 45 min to an hour for our meal to be prepared and while we wait to not touch the pizza so that they can take it back as evidence I guess. She told him that we would prefer the credit so that we could have dinner. He says “oh so it’s edible?”. We respond that it’s edible besides the slices that were stuck to the top. He then says how he’s not replacing a full pizza if the full pizza wasn’t ruined and that he would put a $7 credit on our account. Terrible customer service and this is a place we’ve ordered from often, long story long and we declined his offer and let him know that would not be patronizing that location in the future. Hope this helps if you’re considering this spot, they do not value their customers.

First of all this is not the same Happy’s Pizza I remember when they first opened up. It’s understandable that over the years things change. However, This use to be the best BBQ and Chicken in town. What I got was tough ribs in sauce that tasted like old and new sauce mixed together. The chicken wings had no flavor. Threw the whole meal away if flavor was nasty they hit . Please bring the old Happy’s back.

Went late on a Thursday night before Memorial Weekend. There were so many delivery orders and drivers. This crew pushed through the rush, and put out order after order…piping hot and delicious. Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a Happy’s. Watched the lady working the counter rally her team with encouragement, and kick them into high gear. Kudos, and thanks so much for the delicious pizza, tenders, potatoe wedges, salad and breadsticks.

This is one of my wife’s favorite place to go. They always have their food hot fresh and it looks very appetizing! But on top of that it doesn’t take very long to get when you deliver it. And you can’t beat the value. With a lot of choices to choose from in these trying times it’s good to know that there’s some places that still take pride in their business.

I understand todays world where everyone in business is shorthanded with staff. That being said I appreciate the fact they’re open late and offering their services for those who work late.
