I usually order from this location, however, I won’t be ordering from here anymore. HORROBLE customer service. On 11/21, I ordered, as usual, but my order was an hour and 45 minutes late!! So I called this location and spoke with the manager, Danny, who assured me that he would check on the driver and also waive my delivery fee, as well as give me 20% off my next order (which is apparently the managers deal) keep in mind that we kept in contact throughout the delivery process. He was very professional as was I. Do of course I call today, spoke with some young lady and explained to her what happened. She tells me that she is the manager working tonight and that she can’t honor that request.

this was a random visit. walked in, there was not a warm greeting, not even a smile, just business. i have my business suit attire along with a young porter from my sales job. the gentlemen was cordial. i got the feeling he realize i was just stopping in as a passer by. no need to invite me back in. there was no gratitude or a thank you for my visit, please come again. i am in the area often, even though my name tag says the city i live is far away.

Wings were soggy (7 wings don’t equal a pound) total scam. pizza looks like it was made by an 8 year old. spoke with rude manager and he claims to have made the crappy pizza, good luck getting quality or service… neither is there anymore. Good bye Happy’s, me not so happy. Manager can’t manage or make pizza. Papa Roamonos delivers quality and has good service, going back to the real pizza place, Happy’s is a joke. $40 for a little nothing pizza and 7 wings. I could have bought 8 little ceasers pizzas and been able to eat it. Lease space available soon. Losers

Much better food than we thought. There is a location less than half a mile from our house and we would drive past it for over a year. Then we finally tried it this summer and were blown away by the quality of the food and the value. We have tried several different items and haven’t been disappointed yet. Pizza, chicken, ribs, sausages, subs—so far, so good! They give you lots of food for the money.

We just picked up a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a greek salad. Salad ok, but the pizza was not good. 1st question, where was the cheese?? Sauce and crust jus ok not good. Very disappointed. Looking forward to a cheesy pizza like the picture on your menu shows.

I use to love this place, but I don’t know what happened to it lately because customer service on the phone is horrible!! And they need to take delivery off the menu because everytime I call it’s always pick up only, and the person doesn’t answer the phone and apologize that it’s pick up only, they don’t even say the name of the restaurant and how may I help you, it’s just pick up only!! I think I’m done with this location for good!

Happy’s may be the company name , however that is not the emotion I feel after the horrible customer service I have received today. This is the 3rd and final time that I’ve had an unhappy,unprofessional,rude experience. Although I love the food, I can no longer patronize an establishment that clearly doesn’t respect me or my money. Good food does not excuse the lackluster and poor customer service.

The sauce is normally good this time the sauce was dipped too many times in the rib tips. My kids boneless chicken did not taste good at all.

Made an order at the counter. The order taker stopped as I was ordering and started talking to his coworker. He got my order wrong. I noticed it after I got home. I had to wait for them to bring me my corrected order. They did try to make it right and not charge me for it.
