I was told that my delivery time would be 30-40 mins. I called after an hour of waiting and they said the driver was pulling up with my order now (which was not true) 15 mins later the food arrived. All of the waiting to get a cold pizza in a soggy box with burnt crust, my chocolate cake was melted, and my cookie was burnt. Safe to say I’m not very happy.

I ordered it for delivery and it came faster than expected and piping hot! Thanks for that because it costed me $10 between delivery charge and tip to travel 6 blocks. So I was very happy it came fast and hot! If you’re looking for cheap quick food that has more to offer than just pizza give them a call! They have good lunch specials also!

Shrimp was cooked in old grease and you could taste it. It was overcooked on the outside and undercooked and doughy inside. Rib tips were good but barely any fries.

I swear this is the second Happys pizza. Charging $16 for this TRASH!!! Where the food and service is terrible. I ordered a 1lb rib tip dinner. They barely gave me any rib tips or fries. There weren’t any rib tips just hard as$ pieces of meat. and I wouldn’t even call it meat pieces from the top of the ribs. They barely gave you any fries and they were cold. Barely any sauce. Don’t even get me started on the Texas toast that was cold as& hell like they just took it out the freezer and warmed it up for 5 seconds. I’m tired of these fast food restaurants charging these higher prices but their quality , quantity of food and service is trash!!!! I’m never spending my money here or any other Happys establishment ever again!!! DO NOT EAT AT HAPPYS PIZZA!!! They need to not call themselves Happys. More like TRASHY’S ️ Throw the whole Happys establishment and corps away!!!

I can definitely see what the reviews are talking about: first time at this location and I walk in and I say “hello” to the two over weight white men at cash register and no other customers around, one walks away and the other?- no words back. The only person who talked to me was the black dude washing windows and I was so thankful for his jokes because he could tell the whole thing was awkward and just disgusting. Whoever owns this- fire the two white guys or put those gremlins in the back so they can’t be the face of “happy s” place the black dude washing windows in the front he knows how to make a customer smile.

1st time going here, i didn’t try the pizza but ordered rib tips dinner, um, i guess it may be a bit shy of fries, 1lb of tips , fries and a bread – could’ve been a bit more fries and another biscuit but the ribs were tender and well seasoned so I’d go back for that $14 bucks,,, I’ll try their pizza at one point in time. i think.
