This Happy’s location has become our family’s go-to on pizza night. They NEVER disappoint. Hot, fresh and on point every time. Even the potato wedges. What other pizza place can pull off crispy seasoned wedges?? Not to mention the wings, sauces, salads, ribs, everything is perfect every dang time. Great deals & they don’t skimp. Ordered delivery online. No butter parmesan on my crust at all dry and over baked!!! Barely any kind of cheese was thin as ever as can see. Toppings we’re basically non existent when it came to the bacon. Used to be a whole lot better. Box was stapled shut called prior to make sure my order notes were seen as had ordered online and the girl named Kelly said she’d make sure that my order was correct and had called back an she answers put on hold an someone named Anthony said she’s on another line and said that they may be able to take some money off my next order. He didn’t even ask my name or anything!!! Asked to talk to manager he said gm named JP would be in tomorrow. Also said they are under new management. This is unacceptable will be calling on Christmas day better get your stuff together Happy’s!!!

Normally the food is good. This last order that I got through doordash was horrible. The fries were loaded with grease. My chicken sandwich had rotten lettuce on it. Of course doordash gave me only $6 back on a$30 order.

Don’t waste your time and definitely not your money! Food was not cooked thoroughly. The wings were partially cooked, and the fries were bathing in grease. The remaining food I didn’t check it, I immediately tossed it in the trash. The moral of this story is ” Happy’s did not make me happy.”

Should’ve checked box. Pizzas nor wings were done. The cook came from the back wearing a blue sundress didn’t want to give me hot sauce for wings. Had to remind cashier to give me my receipt. I’ve had their food before I think this crew was just not that good. I’ll think hard and long before I spend 40$ with them again

Was craving pizza today how about these guys won’t deliver to my apartment until after 12pm this is the second time this has happened spoke to a different employee and was told that this wasn’t supposed to happen and “whoever answered the call just didn’t want to make the delivery”, guys when you get a job at least like doing it or just don’t do it at all!

We ordered 3 philly steak sandwich dinners… They were nasty. The meat was rubbery, and dry. It looked like it had been reheated, not freshly cooked at all. The fries were hard. I’m just here visiting, if I wanted bad food, I’d go back to where I came from.
