Food was delivered with brown sauce leaked all over everything, crab Rangoon and spring rolls were covered and soggy with brown sauce, when I called Happy wok they said sometimes too much food is packed in one bag and it happens but blamed Grub hub for Happy Woks packaging and said there is nothing they could do about it because they would lose money. Horrible customer service and I won’t be ordering again!!

I don’t understand why their sign says they open at 10:30am. I went there ten minutes after opening only to be told that my order can’t be taken and to “come back later”. I’m on my lunch break dude, your sign says open. Terrible customer service.

Egg fried rice and egg drop soup was good, but the shrimp fried rice had shrimp cooked in that were slimy, meaning that they have gone bad :). I usually order Happy Wok when I’m sick because it makes me feel better, but now I have to worry about a hospital visit.

Decided to order here since China Express was closed. Very disappointed that I spent $50 for dinner that wasn’t even edible and went into the garbage. The chicken had such an awful taste that I couldn’t even swallow it. The egg rolls were hard and tasted like old frying oil. Rice and shrimp lo míen had no flavor. To the people who gave this place a good rating, I am scared to see what you eat at home to think that this is decent food.

Pick up order. Did not receiver full order. Got home and noticed. Called and requested they deliver missing food. Btw they acknowledged during conversation that they missed the dinner item. They refused and said I had to travel back for their mistake. Bad business decision in my opinion. Super bummer

Close to home and everyone in the house will eat something from here. Great option in a pinch. Every one of these is run different and the food can taste completely different from location to location. To my bunch,This location makes the dishes we eat much better than the others.
