On many occasions I would visit this restaurant and their food has not disappointed me at all. The selections of food that you are able to choose from is so much from Chinese to Japanese cuisines. The restaurant has great service , good food and, well cleanliness. Would highly recommend if you’re craving some new taste or flavors.

Ordered S18 the Hunan Dynasty which was supposed to be Shrimp and Beef Hunan per their website. I was given Spicy Shrimp and some sad excuse for Hunan Beef. The Hunan Beef had some peppers and mushrooms and tons of onions. Very Cheap. I called to ask why the shrimp was in a red sauce. The woman on the phone was clueless and handed me to a man on the phone who told me it was correct. The menu never said anything about spicy shrimp. I told him I’d send him a picture of the menu I saw online and he was going to send me one from his side. He called back about 5 minutes later. No apology, no photo. He must have realized he was wrong and offered to either remake the dish or have me bring back the food. This was well past lunch time so we obviously had already eaten it. I asked for a credit for next time and was told no. Gave up and decided it’s my loss, just a lesson learned and going back to my normal Chinese place.

Ordered food from here today, it will be the last time we order out of this place. Rice was hard and tasteless, the chicken did not look or taste like chicken and a large shrimp fried rice was also taseless and we found maybe 6 shrimp in this order. And the price was ridiculous almost $30 Horrible experience. You need a new cook.

If I could give no starrs I would we have ordered here for years and they have gotten so bad that there food sucks don’t order from them and when you complain they want you to bring back the food to refund but still want to charge you for the 2 mall style egg rolls we ate. And it was delivered . They are horrible they wouldn’t even tell us they didn’t have what we ordered that was on there menu
