Ordered delivery through Uber Eats and wanted to try a new Pho place, and we were very happy. The pho portion was the best for the price, and the Chow Mein was very fresh and not greasy. The chicken fried rice also had plenty of vegetables.

I ordered online for personal pick up. I ordered pho with added meat (did not receive added meat despite being charged for it and it being written down on slip) and bahn mie which I requested no jalapeno peppers & no cilantro (due to current stomach sensitivity, this request was also not granted). I also had made a request for my tea drink that they weren’t able to fullfil and my selection of secondary given choices was unavailable BUT it wasn’t something that effected charge AND the cashier kindly addressed it when I picked up my order, which I appreciated, was no problem, and I responded positively to. The food quality of what I was able to eat was quite good and I understand mistakes happen so I am not saying this is a bad establishment just wanting to give warning to perhaps take a moment to check and confirm pick up orders in store. Side note: Because I had even made special requests at all I made sure to tip the highest option so it feels a bit disheartening to have had all requests disregarded and to have been charged for additional items not received.

I travel all over Everett area trying different Pho and this was spot on all the way around. Very flavorful Pho, Fresh vegetables and herbs, great price and great customer service. Could not ask for more. One of my favorite spots now.
