I recently visited the Happy Panini food truck in Hutto, Texas and had a great experience. Upon placing order, I received a buzzer that would notify me when my food was ready. My spouse and I found a cozy spot at one of the many benches in the food truck area and eagerly waited for our meals. I ordered the chicken pesto panini and it was simply perfect. The basil pesto sauce was so delicious and complemented the tender chicken perfectly. It was evident that the ingredients used were fresh and of high quality. I would definitely go back for more. The food truck itself is a local gem, and the fact that you can grab a quick bite here and then go for a little stroll downtown Hutto just adds to the charm.

I ordered the Turkey Pesto Chaffel and have to say, it was delicious. The happy panini sits in a little food truck park and rivals any of the best sandwiches in Austin. First of all, the service was friendly and fast, I ordered online and skipped the crowd at the window, which was awesome. When I opened the bag to get the panini in all of its glory, it basically bust itself out of the box to reveal its huge, turkey stuffed deliciousness. It was so big, I shared half with the hubby, even though I would have liked to eat it all. Also, order the chips and onion dip. Yum.

I attended a ladies Christmas Dinner for about 100 attendees and the catering was done by Happy Panini – the food was FABULOUS!!! My favorites were the pesto pasta with chicken and the stuffed mushrooms, my daughter couldn’t stop talking about the brussel sprouts and the other pasta dish (Tuscan chicken I think?). My pasta was gluten-free, which I appreciated as an option. I would definitely be happy if they catered the event next year, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caterer. I bet their daily menu food is just as good, if not better!

Finally got to check out this adorable food truck after a few friends recommended it. My son and I were there last week, and he ordered The Brooklynn and I believe his face says it all. Ooey Gooey and absolutely delicious! The owners were so kind and pleasant, and you can tell that they are passionate about paninis, and it shows. :)Nestled right in the downtown with a super cute set-up. Love to support local businesses that love their customers and community. Can’t wait to come back!

My office ordered from Happy Panini today and I’m so glad we did! The website/ordering is super user friendly and they allow you to make pretty much any substitution you’d like. We were all super impressed with the presentation and omg were the paninis delicious!! Every single one of us were raving about them. It’s definitely dangerous that our office is only a block away!

Ordered online. Said would be ready at 11:45. Got there at 11:45. Waited 10 min before ready. Sandwiches were very good. Staff friendly. If it wasn’t 10 min late I would have given 5 stars.
