Used to love this place I usually go there once a month…ordered the smoked turkey sandwich the meat was so dry and chewy and the service was terrible girl up front seemed annoyed to talk to me and it took about 45 min just to get a dried out sandwich… will try them again and will edit the review if it improves

The meat is amazing, we had the beef brisket and it was the perfect ratio of fat to meat. The coleslaw was disappointing, totally flavorless. I’ll definitely come back for the brisket, and you should come for it to, just don’t order the coleslaw.

I was craving for some homemade BBQ and couldn’t find any spots in Denver so what do I do? Research and I found this hidden gem in the eastern plains so yes I drove nearly over 2 hours to go to this spot and the reviews did not disappoint and it was worth the drive too the brisket sandwich was very mouth watering and flavorful! And I do appreciate the owners bringing their Texas-style BBQ to Colorado because living in houston that’s all I been eating so I hope they continue operating their business for good because I will make daily trips! Thank y’all for the friendly service!

T-man’s Brisket Challenge
Brisket was flavorful & tender with a good bite & plenty of char. Unique regular sauce is mustard based. Plenty of kick in the hot. Tasty loaded cornbread with fixings mixed in. Cozy little modern quickbite

Small mom & pop type of place with a cozy atmosphere. The most flavorful, moist and fall off the bone ribs I have ever had. There were 3 of us in the group so we had a try of the brisket & sausage also which was equally as good. Definitely some place I would return to. It’s now marked as a favorite when in the area.

Great bbq place in Eastern Colorado. My husband and I shared a whole rack of ribs & tried their loaded corn bread. We were served our food in a timely manner. The place was tastefully decorated & very clean. Ribs were very tender & meat came off the bone great! Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a restaurant in Wray! Two downsides for me were that there wasn’t a sweet bbq sauce without it being spicy & also the loaded corn bread had a bit of a kick to it…that’s just a personal preference though!
