They have sit down and order and buffet. Clearly the buffet is most important to the staff and the customers. We still decided to order from the menu. There was 5 of us and they could give us one menu. The Chinese waitress couldn’t get the order straight. Half of what we wanted they couldn’t make. When the food finally came everything was served in to go containers. Even the soup was served in plastic to go cup. When we asked where the egg rolls were that they forgot to make, they just went over to the buffet and brought cold egg rolls to our table. When we asked for sweet and sour sauce, we were told to get it ourselves at the buffet. All buffet food gets eaten from Styrofoam plates. I noticed the staff scraping the food from the Styrofoam plates and stacking them up and bringing back to the kitchen. I’m afraid they may be reusing them.

This is my go to for Chinese. Their lunch prices and portions are great. The evening portions are a little pricey but there’s enough for two or lunch the next day. The food is good and service is fast. Their sweet and sour soup has declined but overall I recommend most of the dishes offered. Not sure why there’s a closing in the afternoons but that happens at another oriental restaurant in town also.

It’s been years since I’ve been to this restaurant. It used to be one of our favorites. We decided to order take out and hive it a shot. We were really quite disappointed in the quality of food. I ordered Mongolian Beef, because I remembered how good it was, way back when. I was lucky to even find 5 prices of meat in my dish. The rest was large cut onions that were swimming in oil. This meal was tasteless and turned my stomach. My husband’s General Tso ‘s Chicken was horrible as well. Honestly, Ingles serves better Chinese food than what we received, at a fraction of the cost. I am rather heartbroken, because this place used to be so good.

A few years ago, this place was booming. They had an amazing staff and the food was pretty decent. The last two times I’ve gone, however, have been less that pleasing. The food is grossly greasy, it tastes like almost everything is made from frozen, and the service is seriously horrendous. I went there again tonight (third time ever) and I have the worst food poisoning I think I’ve had in over 5 years. Absolutely disgusting and will NOT be going back. I vote the business just closes and we get a new Mexican restaurant.

First time I ate here, I ordered the big lunch combo. They didn’t give us the sweet and sour sauce to go on the chicken so it was very plain. The chicken and broccoli also was very bland and almost just tasted like grease. The only thing that was good was the egg roll but I don’t think anyone could mess those up. The egg drop soup was bland also. All the food had the same taste which was basically a taste of nothing. Spent almost $50 & was very disappointed. Will not be going back, ever. And their prices on the menu online are not correct. Everything has been upcharged atleast a dollar or 2. Not worth it

Great tasting food, perfect quantity for the lunch hour. I ordered the beef curry, two other guests ordered the sweet and sour chicken, and another the crispy beef. Accompanied by the wonton soup, we where all pleased with the quality. Two things we where unhappy with though. Firstly, it was a Saturday morning around 11:30 and the owner was working the floor by himself. He was very busy. My nieces fried rice did not come out until we where done eating. Refills where not given, once the food was dropped off, we didn’t see any employee until we where ready to leave. We actually had to wait at the counter for a solid 10 minutes until we where able to check out. Having said that; the food made up for this and we will return in hopes of a more properly staffed establishment.

It was a waste of $14… I ordered take out. The service and wait time was fine but the food was awful. I ordered general Tao lunch combo and an appetizer of crab Rangoon. The food was hot but the Rangoon was missing 2 pieces (menu said 6 but I received 4) and the sauce was like a jelly that didn’t taste right.

Decent food at an OK price. Nothing fancy or different than most other Chinese restaurants. The prices are a bit higher than most other Chinese restaurants we have been to but not terrible. Friendly service and orders take about 15-20 minutes for pick up.

Wish I could give 0 stars! We ordered sweet and sour chicken to go and the bowls were full but the sweet and sour sauce we got was not…barley any at all. We are very disappointed. Not going back.

They are only doing takeout in the evening, which is just what we wanted. Waited 15 mins for freshly cooked meal. All was excellent! Nice touch: we were sitting in our truck and they brought the food out to us. Highly recommended!
