Was hesitant about visiting, however I’m glad I did. Hot & Sour soup, egg rolls and garlic chicken was spot on. Quiet atmosphere, very few people dining in, however notice many called in Orders and pick ups. Wednesday may be a less busy day for them. I will be returning. I’ve gone to three other locations in the area and was not pleased, so again I’m glad I decided to try them out.

My go-to for Chinese food! This family-run restaurant is a weekly staple! Choices are endless, food is amazing! Best thing is they keep track of what you have ordered in the past, so if you forget or want to get what you got the order before, they can do that! Amazing!

Restaurant is extremely dirty. I would have never known but I dropped my phone under the booth. And what I saw was short of disgusting. Also the waitress was not very friendly. And it seems like the restaurant was extremely warm especially for a sushi restaurant not good for bacteria.

I spent every weekend going to Happy Family back in 2016 – 2018. Every saturday my room mate and I would be there waiting at the door. The food was a huge part of my life, and i’ll never forget Charlie, Kofia, and everyone else that worked there. My family and I use to come here all the time for good Chinese so we are familiar with the items. TONIGHT IS OUR LAST NIGHT. Take a guess what the first picture is. Why in the world would they take chicken and place it on top of the egg fu young? We thought we had the wrong order. Have you ever seen in your life seen this? No you haven’t! This is just being pure lazy instead of cooking it in the egg fu young like normal and providing the gravy on the side.

They used to give great service. They dropped my order off at the wrong place TWICE in one night. I caught it the third time because I waited outside after I saw them try to once again, deliver to someone else!!!! After that I decided to never order delivery from them again. Next time I ordered, I placed an order for pick up. My sweet and sour pork had ZERO sweet and sour sauce. DO BETTER! I found a better place to give my business to. And yes, I have spread the word about the “happy” family. Unreal.

Have always had good experiences with them always ordered take out but decided to dine in one night with the kids and money had been tight but we ordered our food and when paying the waitress complained about the tip and demanded more. Kinda embarrassing to my kids. We just wanted a dinner out with kids.

First time eating here… I am always skeptical of Chinese restaurants for reasons exactly like this… the good – food came earlier than expected and arrived hot. The bad – we ordered sesame chicken with fried rice ($1.50 up charge for the fried rice). The fried rice was white rice with a brown sauce, no veggies or egg (I could have added sauce to white rice for free courtesy of what I already had in my fridge). A few bad pieces of tough and super dry chicken were spit out from that dish. I ordered the spicy Kung Pao chicken. The sauce did not taste like Kung Pao, more like a teriyaki with some spice added. It was 70% vegetables and sauce though when ordering online the veggies included are not all listed (I only wanted onion) so you could not modify correctly. No matter the price, will not be ordering from this place again.
