The food here is good. It’s what you’d expect. I’ve only eaten in the dining area once. It was clean, the wait staff was responsive. Take-out is an easy online ordering process. It would be nice to see a way to pay online so I can send someone to pick-up.

There around 5:30pm on Christmas Day. We were seated in the back section that was being used for storage. Not ideal, but we were OK with it because of the size of our party. We can over look that but our waitress had an attitude the entire time as if she didn’t want to be there. Trying to place an order was difficult and my order was in correct when delivered to our table. When telling her the order was wrong, the attitudes continued. A couple of times she said they’ve been really busy today. That may be true, but when we were in there, there was our table and three others with one other waiter. Them being busy earlier today should have had nothing to do with the problems we encountered. Overall, the food flavor was OK but the place was dingy and we drove an hour to get there. Not sure we will go back.

Even though the staff is wonderful the food is not great. Definitely not worth the price. Once upon a time this was a good place to eat. But the ever changing kitchen staff, the quality has gone down drastically. Egg rolls are very dry, chow mein should be called an onion dish, broccoli is mostly raw even when asked to cook it thoroughly. Disappointing at best.

I have been going to Happy Dragon since the early 90’s. It used to be the go to place for delicious food and excellent customer service. It seems to be under new management now. Food isn’t good anymore. Customer service is not there. I went with my daughter a few weeks back for lunch, the waitress gave me a refill and spilled on the table and on my food. Just said,”oops” and walked away. I Decided to give them one more chance tonight. It’s been a long week and I wanted to take some shrimp chow mein fun home and chill. It was tasting pretty good until I bit into something hard that cut into my cheek. I spit it back out…A toothpick was in my food!!!! A tooth pick!!!! Absolutely disgusting. Food got tossed and a customer was lost. Never again!

The ownership has changed….again. This time, they took the cooks with them. No matter how many times they say that nothing has changed in the kitchen, they are lying. The food is disappointing and no where as great as it was. They need to pay the old cooks whatever they are demanding because they deserve it. This establishment will be closed within 2 years if not. I have been eating here since they opened in the 90’s. PLEASE GET THE ORIGINAL COOKS BACK!!!!!
