While the food was good the service was iffy. The usual lady there was on the phone the entire time we ate. Loudly. I had to verbally get her attention. Food came out on paper plates. Bourbon chicken lunch special and a sweet and sour chicken lunch special, both were pretty good. The crab rangoons were the best! Fresh and hot!

Let me tell you something about this place. Disgusting! The food used to be really good, but customer service is poor! The egg rolls usually are overcooked. This is the only Chinese restaurant that I frequent and most of my recent experiences haven’t been great. I’ve been going here for years. So I keep giving them second chances. No more. I’m done. The last time, I ordered fried rice and there was a hair in my food. I just threw it away. This time, guess what I find? Another hair in my food! I called them to tell them about it, but didn’t understand what the owner was telling me to do. She hung up on me twice. I called again, the young guy, who is very nice, explained that if I come back today, I can get a refund or have it remade. Guess what? I can’t come back right away and am already home. I’m done. That’s the last $$$ I will waste with this place. If you choose to eat here, check your food before you leave. Stir it around, the hairs are in there. Apparently, the owner is scratching her scalp over the stir fry!

They got my order wrong and I calmly told her I got the wrong dish. Right off the bat, the lady started yelling at me and insisting that I got what I ordered. I didn’t want to deal with it so I just left. Never coming here again.

I ordered from Door Dash. The ribs were gross. Had a weird taste and were mostly fat covered in sauce. The sesame chicken was also undercooked. Although the portions are large, the quality is not the best.

On 8/5/21 I came in to order a 9 dollar meal and they charged me 28 dollars on to my card. After doing that she said she could return it but it would take 24 hours to come back to my card and offered me cash, kept giving me the wrong amounts of cash, wrote a receipt with my return amount in the tip category, and was overall very unprofessional and handling it in a very shady way. There is no reason I should have been charged 28 dollars in the first place and the whole situation was handled poorly.

I eat here regularly….at least twice a month, sometimes three. It has been my experience that if you are kind they will return the gesture. If you are pushy or rude they will respond in like. That being said- the food is phenomenal. I love Asian food! I have tried many places. But I continue to return here because their food is ALWAYS FRESH, always hot and full of flavor. The main cashier is usually on the phone (as another reviewer mentioned) but I roll with it and because of this, she is always very kind to me. I am kind of a picky eater, so I have a specific/modified order. They messed it up a couple times but with respect I request they fix it and they did…quickly. I tipped them for fixing it and ever since then, not only do they remember my order, they get it PERFECT. I always tip…even if just a 1$ or two. And I never have an issue. My only recommendation is…if your order requires modifications, don’t call it in. Go in and order. I do this and rarely wait more than 10 minutes. There’s other stores nearby to entertain if you don’t want to sit and wait. With other take-out Asian restaurants in the are….this is the ONLY place I will go. I recommend!

Food is good. Prices are fair. Its prepared quickly. Lady who runs the place isnt so pleasant. Seems annoyed she has to deal with you. She was talking loudly on a personal call while taking my order. Been there more than once same impression each time. Also restaurant could using some clean up and restoration.
