I recently had the pleasure of dining at Happy Cow and I must say, the food was absolutely amazing! I ordered the hash bowl with bacon, egg, potatoes, and cheese and it was hands down one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced and the portions were generous.

ate here quite by accident & it was marvelous! great impossible burger — they pile on everything (onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles) & it’s wonderful. french fries taste like they used to taste 60 years ago in high school — PERFECT! this is a tiny place w/probably a half dozen tables, but they have enough to choose from for lunch. prices are very moderate & burgers & fries are cooked to perfection. worth going out of the way for!!

The food here is fantastic, I’m a fan of the cowboy and all American burgers they have here. Service with a smile and they are very quick. They only accept cash tips here, so keep that in mind when going. There is a decent outdoor seating area, and everything is kept clean.

Happy Cow Burger is a great local find that you have to try! They have an amazing cow aesthetic that I found to be really cool. They have a super unique food selection from burgers and salads to pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. They have a bulgogi option which is definitely one of a kind. When your all done you can top it off with either ice cream, milkshakes, coffee or combine the two and get an affagato. The staff here was pretty decent, for such an eccentric restaurant, I thought that the server could of been a little more helpful, considering the menu is so unique. They have an awesome drink selection, and they have my favorite Yerba Mattes! If they added garlic parmesian fries and maybe more burger options, they would be a five star.

Won’t be coming back after the young male employee with glasses was so inappropriate and very obviously gave me the wrong order on purpose. His manner is threatening and demeaning to customers. And the food is just sort of meh. Don’t come here, it’s not worth the money or the trouble.

Had the regular burger with their spicy mayo, and it was really damn good, one of the best burgers in Eugene I’d have to say. the fries had a great seasoning.

We love this place. Food is unique and fresh! The Loco moco, burgers, and hash bowls are awesome! I wish they had a couple more food and coffee options but overall great place.

First time here and I haven’t even got to try my food yet after traveling home and finding cheese on my burger after having asked for it without. Now I am waiting in the lobby while my girlfriend eats at home.

Customer service is very unpleasant. Ordered through mobile and the drink didn’t come. I called them and the person who received a call said that’s Uber’s problem and just hung up. Very rude. I called again and told that is very rude and he said he is very busy and if I am not satisfied, just don’t order. Never experienced such a rude employee. I guess he is not the owner but very unpleasant experience ever.
