This is by far the BEST Yakisoba I have EVER had. I was impressed! And the service seemed to know it too, and was very well mannered and polite. Great atmosphere, great food, If Yakisoba and Teriyaki are your thing, this joint is worth driving out of the way to eat at for sure.

Food is nasty. Not like other happy at the bay I been to. Way too salty. And the lady there, she has no customer service, very rude.i called back to let her know it’s not like other happy at the bay. She said come bring it back. When I got there she refuse the refund. And said the food is prepared normal. She is super rude. I then made her dispose the food that I wont be eating. I wont be coming back for sure.

I like the food here but the lady at the front desk is kind of rude especially if it’s closer to closing time. She’s told me before they can take the order when they were 30 minutes to closing. She’s also commented to my husband not to add too much hot sauce.

My wife called in a take out order for one menu item (spicy chicken teriyaki) and when I arrived to pick it up the lady at the front said she didn’t have it and that we must have called a different location. This seemed odd so I went back to my car to check with my wife and confirmed the phone number she used was to this location. Then I went back into the restaurant and verified the number with the lady who didn’t offer any apologies and proceeded to put the blame on my wife for ordering the lunch special, which I clearly remember never being mentioned on the phone call. We were in a rush so I just said we’ll take what was prepared and paid for it. I understand that mistakes happen and I would normally be fine taking the order as is, but it was the way she handled the situation that bothered me the most.

My wife and I were the biggest fans of this place before we moved. We stopped by since we were in the area and apparently they have new management. The quality of food has reduced drastically. We ordered one teriyaki with pork and one teriyaki with prawns which looked more like baby shrimp, completely overcooked and as hard as a rock. Also the 9 shrimp cost us like $12. The pork teriyaki was mediocre. Sorry but we’re never coming here again. So sad. We wish the old team came back.
