We ordered two dinners: (1) a garlic shrimp with vegetables that included a spring roll and pork fried rice and (2) Kung bao chicken with a spring roll and white rice. Both were delicious (and spicy, as advertised)! Generous portions and amazing flavor. We will happily order from here again.

I’m sorry to report that the sushi was “cheap”. Everything about it is done with the intention of lowering the restaurant’s costs with smaller portions and inexpensive fillers. An example would be their spicy tuna, which consists of more tempura flakes than tuna. The Chinese food wasn’t great either… I threw most of it away because it was mushy and tasted bad. So disappointed… I keep forgetting they just don’t serve good food.

Service was notably bad. The sushi my relative ordered came out 30 MINUTES after everyone else’s food, and the server did absolutely NOTHING but tell her “not to rush”… But everyone else was finished with their food, asking for to-go boxes when her’s arrived, so of course she had to rush! We will never be back! They offered zero efforts to remedy the situation. We spoke up and the server dismissed us and started to go on and on about explaining how the hot food is cooked in a different kitchen than the sushi so timing can be different…so somehow that becomes the customer’s problem?! I’ve worked in the service industry I understand how hot and cold food works, but both the 30 minute lag as well as her dismissal of our concerns was absolutely unacceptable. So I’ve come here to leave a bad review so maybe they don’t do that to someone else!

Had the worst customer experience ever!! I ordered online 4 items from the menu and we went to pick it up. Two of my orders were put in one box and ended up with three boxes. I thought we forgot one item and called the restaurant to check. The owner was SO RUDE and assumed that I am calling for refund. He cut me off multiple times, when I asked don’t interrupt me “I have to finish my question”…he goes on to say… Customer is not always right! I am surprised that they put two orders in one box…and told him that. He goes, I can’t read your mind …you have to say separate boxes. How about if I am sharing the order with a co-worker…..He keeps saying …hold on and keeps interrupts me. I am still shocked how he is in business scaring his customers like that. Don’t recommend at all!!

Where to begin? The dishes were left in a stack at the end of the table, the waitress never set them out for us. She brought apps and asked us to move menus out of the way so she could set them down – not sure why, she had one hand free. Some of the food quality was poor, the spicy tuna maki had more mayo than tuna, crab rangoon shells and Peking ravioli dough was greasy and tough. All seven of our party were almost done eating their entrees before the eighth person received her meal. Most places would offer to comp the meal or at least offer a free drink or dessert, and I mentioned this to the waitress, but she just made excuses for why it was late (slow sushi chef, too many customers ordered sushi at the same time, blah, blah, blah) The waitress actually came running after me to say I had forgotten to add a tip on my credit card slip. I managed to stay polite when I informed her it was on the table in cash. Will NEVER go there again.
