I loved my food. I wasn’t sure what to get so they recommended I try one of the popular ones with three meat options. I forget which one it was but it was at the top of the menu and it was great! Now that I know how did delicious it is, I will have to get the macaroni as it’s own side! Service was great and they were kind.

They probably shouldn’t offer tuna poke unless they have staff who can properly prep the tuna (as in cutting the fish correctly and not have all stringy or chewy pieces that have to be thrown away and inedible). Or if they want to use every piece of tuna they get to save money then they should reconsider because most times their tuna poke is inedible 90% of the time. My last order of spicy tuna poke was not just bad stringy tuna pieces but also floating in a soup of spicy mayonnaise.

I dont typically write food reviews but this food was so damn good it merited the attention! I ordered the Hangry platter and every part of it blew me away. The BBQ Chicken was wonderfully tender and had tantalizing bits of char at the edges. The Katsu was also spot on and was really set off by the sauce it came with. And the star of the show the Mac salad had a velvety texture with the right hint of sweetness! The bacon fried rice is great on its own but is even better if you put the kalua pork over it and let all the flavors meld together. And for those who might balk at the price, this was one of the very few meals I couldn’t finish in one sitting because of the size. I’ll absolutely be back for more!

Love that we have a great Hawaiian place in the area. The menu has a lot of options. Food is really delicious. The inside is small but not too busy on a week night for dine in. We got the ohana plate and the teri beef. The chicken katsu, mac salad and bacon fried rice were the favorites! The sauce on the katsu has a lot of flavor. The Kalua pork is salty, so if you don’t like salt I don’t recommend it. I do, so thought it had a lot of flavor. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time here. The guy behind the counter was more concerned with his phone. Didn’t offer any suggestions. I ended up with the Chicken Katsu and BBQ Chicken with mac salad and tots. The chicken Katsu was a weird gray color and stringy. Looked like it had freezer burn really bad. The BBQ chicken was dry, hard and rubbery at the same time. Clearly the meat quality is very low. I couldn’t bring myself to eat any of it for fear of getting sick. $16 immediately into the trash. Definitely will not be back

Got the chicken katsu plate and the chicken was so dry and overcooked I couldn’t even stomach it down. Macaroni salad is horrible, so much mayo and hardly any flavor. Waste of 10$ for sure!!! The guy who took my order wouldn’t take his eyes off his phone and barely said anything to me. If you’re looking for actual good Hawaiian BBQ I would go to L&L. I will never be coming back.

Food wasn’t bad. Wasn’t the best at all either. The front counter person was more interested in their phone than helping new customers find something to eat. I had never been before and I love shrimp. I didn’t even see shrimp on the menu till he walked away and I started reading the wall of food. So I settled for something that was $4. He could have sold me on the $15 Garlic shrimp, had he asked me a question on some meat I enjoy eating or been acting like he cared in anyway. Don’t want to be there quit. I’d love to work there. Heh. The person that brought our food out should cover his open cuts on his arm so I didn’t see that when he brought the food to our table. He was nice but gosh that turned my stomach. And someone should have stopped my husband from trying to use the bathroom. It was broken and stunk up the hallway. You should just tell people your bathroom is out of service. It was just a horrible first time experience and now we don’t ever wanna go back. Maybe a different location who’s be better. But I’ve lost faith in this place. Which is sad. If you are friendly and try being helpful my family is very easy to please. I tip well and I know how hard working hourly jobs are. So when you make my family feel we bothered you by eating at your restaurant we don’t bother to go back.

Not the best place for Hawaiian food. I had the beef and pork for protein options. The beef was over cooked and super salty, but the pork was pretty decent. Mac salad felt like it was from grocery store and had no flavor. The guy taking orders seemed more interested in his phone.
