Nice atmosphere. Just a few tables seated and no service at all. Finally caught a person to ask what the soup was “tomato she said” that was it, then she completely disappeared. Not spending money here.. the fish usually stinks from the top down.

The service was fast. Shamus was our waiter. He was great. He brought what we needed quickly . He was very friendly and efficient. I got the Chicken Cesar salad . We also ordered the pretzel appetizer. They came quickly and were good. The menu wasn’t very long though, could use more food choices.

We were catching a flight and asked the woman at the baggage check what restaurant they suggested. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was spot on. I got the patty melt and my friend got the cheeseburger. On line ordering was less personable but our server was very attentive. I read the reviews AFTER I ate there. If we stop back in that airport we will eat there again.

Perfect for hungry family getting off the plane. Clearly we cleaned out plates. Very friendly staff even though they were clearly working hard to keep up with business. We had to wait a while to order but the food was very fast once we did. And good!

Wow never have I been treated so coldly. Host seats you no smile whatsoever. Told us to use the QR code to order, so we did. Server showed up with drinks no smile or introductions. Come back half hour after we ordered, claims that burgers only come well done. So ok cancel my order. She comes back 2 other times to tell me the same thing. Tried to pay but the site would let me without a basic 22% tip. So we asked for to go boxes, she actually rolled her eyes at us. She only brings on box out, like seriously. I’m so disappointed, might as well go to Burger King better service. I worked in the restaurant service from kitchen to server never had I seen such horrendous service.

I don’t know if some of these reviews were under a different management but I had an amazing experience! The server Jessica was phenomenal and the manager also came over and made sure I was well taken care of. It was really great food especially for an airport restaurant. Very clean too!

Honestly probably the rudest server I’ve ever encountered. I get that it was super busy with lost lands wrapping up and being short staffed, but there’s zero excuse for how she talked to us. Made a simple (easily fixable) mistake with the tab/check (which btw, worst system for ordering ever. What kind of menu doesn’t let you edit your tab) and she belittled us and would not stop telling us how it was our fault. Yeah… we knew that… it’s your job to fix it. Even when I was profusely apologizing she didn’t even acknowledge my presence. I tipped $4, way too much money for her I wish I could have left a negative tip. Any fast food joint feels 5 star compared to this so called establishment.

We sat at the bar, no Menues, scan a QR to even order a beer. Will never eat there again and attention all waiters and waitresses, if I have to scan to order a beer I am not tipping. I am generally a very good tipper but there is no service in this approach.
