Went here today for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary dinner! We had a hard time picking between 3 different restaurants and eventually decided to go with Handam BBQ and I am so glad we did! We ordered the Handam Combo B which is the AYCE for $35; only $5 more than the Combo A which is more bang for your buck bc you get a lot more choices! Our favorite was the LA Kalbi, Sweet Garlic Pork Belly, and the Salted Prawns! I also ordered the Pork Rib Kimchi Stew on top of the AYCE option. Personally, I’ve had better kimchi stew and I prefer it to be really sour but it was still good and they did not skimp on the pork! We were also surprised at the amount of banchan we get and the staff were really attentive and even went around the restaurant, offering refills of banchans, pushing a cart filled with it. Service was really quick too! We didn’t have to wait before our food arrived. We will definitely come back! It is now my favorite KBBQ place in Houston!

I only recently found out they have ALL YOU CAN EAT BBQ here.. the small dishes are wonderful and even tho they are small portions but do they give you A LOT of the plates of them! It’s exciting to try all kinds of small dishes and find out What’s your favorite.. On the AYCE menu you can pretty much find EVERYTHING you possibly want and need to eat there.. I loved the salted prawns, the quality definitely worth the price! And they seem to get busier and busier tho, good for the business, bad for ppl have to wait…

Very solid KBBQ spot in Bellaire. They had all the classic options and sides, at a decent price, and there wasn’t any wait. I was surprised that some things weren’t considered sides or a part of the all-you-can-eat, like the cheesy corn or the egg dish, but all of the must eat meats were there and very good, especially the pork belly. Service was decent, coming around when needed and bringing sides on request. Overall a good spot if you’re craving KBBQ and don’t want to wait!

Excellent Korean cuisine with great service and fun atmosphere grilling your own food. The all you can eat at $30/person is worth it.

A lot of side dishes that actually good. Ordered the 2-3 combination food and it was plenty of food for 4 adults. Be sure to get on the wait list online before showing up. It will save you time waiting around.

Cheese corn and marinated iron steak were our favorite! The steam was tender and juicy. Our waitress was very attentive, friendly and helped us out quickly with our request. Been here many times and Handam never disappoint.

As FOGO Charcoal once said, fire is the first ingredient, and nowhere can you see this fact more than within Handam BBQ, a Korean BBQ spot that elected to use charcoal instead of the usual gas-based grills, to great effect. You can taste the crunch and smokiness in every piece of meat, from bulgogi to the leanest sirloin. It even makes chicken breast tastes good! (Although, to be fair, the chicken breast and sirloin were still the blandest and worst-tasting of the bunch, only because they are “too normal” compared to everything else.)

Great place to bring the family or celebrate any occassion. Huge place, clean, service was exceptional. Family went there for lunch and got the All you can eat option @ $35. they serve you the typical Korean sides (kimchi, tofu and other veggies) but the most interesting part is the charcoal grill. They serve you in big portions so you get full pretty fast so pace yourself. They give you 2 hours to enjoy your meal. We only got to taste 3 different meat before ending the meal because the whole meal was very hearty. Several other food options to choose from on the menu if you don’t want to eat so much. Great atmosphere to enjoy! Price is well worth it.

Been here a few times and the food and service are consistently stellar. The meat selection is varied, quality is great, and the prices are great. The lettuce and spicy paste they bring out upon request are perfect for wrapping/dipping the meats so don’t forget to ask for them! The bonchon are all pretty good, but our absolute favorite is the japchae. The charcoal that they add to the grill really adds some serious heat to the griddle, making the searing process more thorough and quick – you’ll definitely get some great sear marks and that lovely charred flavor we all seek in good Korean BBQ. Service has been great everytime we have visited. So far, this is our favorite AYCE kbbq restaurant in all of Houston, and we always find ourselves coming back!
