Wonderful meals true to the best and truest definition of the dish. You will appreciate the fresh noodles and well-balanced and flavorful sauces. The atmosphere is upbeat bistro-style in a close format. The owner and staff are very friendly.

If your looking for a quick spot, this might not be the place. It is a small joint that is always busy and food may take up to 30-40 min to come out. HOWEVER, it is totally worth it! The food is a quality on another level you can tell there care about there presentation and how everything tastes. It cost me $32 for ramen, gyoza, a cucumber roll and a soda, totally worth it and the price point is great for the quality! This is a must stop spot for Port Townsend!

Waited over 2 hours to get our food (agreed to wait an hour and a half – which was a mistake), and they messed up part of our order. Servers were really nice but this place is not organized very well. Ramen / sushi was average. Have had better, have had worse.

Best Japanese food in town! The tonkotsu ramen is my go to main and always have to order an appetizer of the karaage chicken. My kiddo loves it! The portion sizes reflect the price tag wonderfully. It can get very busy at peak meal times but its worth the wait!

We ordered for dine in and we’re told it would be about 90 minutes for our food. We left and took and walk and it came back…it ended up being almost 2 and a half hours and we received some incorrect food. We were also charged for to go containers we did not need or use as we were dining in (and communicated as much). The food was fine but not worth this long of an inconvenience.

This place is super busy, we arrived at 5:20 seated and ordered at 5:40. Go finally got served part of our meal at 6:15. The rest came at 6:35 . Long wait in a small restaurant. Waiting list ,you sign in at the door. They cook one meal at a time… literally. That’s good but really scattered serving.

The food was good. The servers need to know how to deal with customers. I asked if i could get the roll as appetizer but their response was : we can’t guarantee the roll as appetizer as it is not very appetizing. What the heck is that comment. Also, the service is very slow.

We’re actually considering moving to Port Townsend so we can help keep this place around forever! It’s ALWAYS so good and SO much food. The 2 ladies in the front are adorable and welcoming. The food is always as good as it smells in there. We drive and hour to come eat here, worth it!!
