We have been getting takeout from Han Xing for many years now. There were a few times where it was not as good as others, but the majority of the time, it’s great. It’s generally consistent in flavor. The Teriyaki chicken, General Chicken, and Sesame Chicken are our go-to’s. I do wish they would change the rice a little though- I miss really NY Chinese fried rice, but no one where here makes it like up there. The egg rolls are good and the crab rangoons are delicious (according to my husband). I loved the pickup door they had during Covid- it was so quick and convenient. Their well-behaved children often chip-in to help out or sit doing homework. It’s a great family establishment.

We have been getting food from here for years with never a issue. Today we ordered lunch and everything came hot and looking good until I went to eat my fried rice and found a roach!!! I was disgusted and had to throw my entire order away since my other meal also had the same fried rice. I called to complain and see about a refund the lady I spoke to was nice and understanding but said she would have the owner call me back. Well he did return my call and was very rude asking what was my problem then asking how big was the roach like that mattered! Then he matter of fact said I give you $20. My order was $45 that is not a reasonable solution to having a roach in your fried rice….we will never eat there again! Very poor customer service especially to customers who supported their business before and during the pandemic……Do Better!

The service here is trash. I’ve ordered here dozens of times and tolerated it, as they are the closest location. But yesterday, for the FIRST and ONLY time, I placed an order and had to cancel it some minutes later. I have never had to do this before and had no intention of doing it again. However, they told me never to order from them again and they blocked my address. They then hung up on me and proceeded to yell at and berate my sister when she called to attempt to fix this issue. I do not recommend this establishment.

Been a long time customer and am NEVER ordering from here again due to the awful customer service today. The girl who took my order kept talking over me then when I called because my order was WRONG they literally accused me of lying. SO disappointed because the food is great…when it’s right. They offered absolutely no solution instead they insisted they were right. I had them on speaker phone and we were stunned.

This place is AWESOME! I have been ordering from this restaurant for several years. Excellent food and delivery service, I order on their website and it always arrives quick and fresh!! The chicken teriyaki appetizer, chicken curry, general tsao chicken, and egg rolls are my favorites but much more!! I would share pictures but I ate it all hahaha! Thank you so much!

I’ve been ordering food here for a long time. My complaint is anything that is fried in a batter from here is not as good as it once was. At one time any of the fried chicken dishes had large pieces of chicken. The beef dishes also large pieces of beef. The food was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. For a while now I get tiny pieces of chicken and beef. Lots of batter and fried to a crisp. So crispy it’s not enjoyable to eat. When it’s over fried the chicken or beef turns to leather inside kinda like eating tiny pieces of wood chips. After last nights dinner I was left with a huge pile of fried junk on my plate. Stop over frying and let’s see some decent pieces of chicken and beef. I hate looking for a new Chinese takeout.

Best crab Rangoon and the egg drop soup are the best in the area. The other items on the menu like the beef and broccoli, the orange chicken, the general Cho’s chicken, the chicken cashew, and the lo-mains are also great. Highly recommended for a fast food Chinese restaurant!!!
