I found this place by accident after hiking and was glad I did. The pulled pork and brisket were both outstanding. They were flavorful, tender and fresh. They have three Sauces: a tangy one, a spicy one and a Carolina vinegar and all were very good. I will be back!

We went in for the spare ribs, however they were sold out by the time we got there. We ended up getting the St. Louis and the ribs were cooked and smoked so well. This place sure knows how to get ribs done right. Delicious. Hoping to get the spare ribs next time.

Came in on a whim for lunch. They were working the smokers as I pulled up and the smell was amazing. Always a good sign of a BBQ joint. Got the platter which is two meats and two sides… Pulled pork, brisket, potato salad, and corn bread. The meats were really flavorful and tender. The potato salad was extremely well made and tasty and the corn bread so so moist and delicious. There were three sauces to choose from and I sampled all three. Each one was delicious in its own right with one vinegary, one spicy, and one sweet. Kept it simple and it works.
