I would have to say that this was an incredibly fine meal at a quaint place. The atmosphere was cozy. The service was decent, but the food was phenomenal. The 6 ounce fillet, although we ordered it medium was slightly under medium, but it was cooked to perfection, and so tender. The mushrooms were exquisite. The baby asparagus was cooked perfectly and we ordered tomato bisque soup, which was fabulous and so flavorful. The side salad with a blue cheese dressing was creamy and fresh over baby greens. I would have to say this was one of my favorite meals. The bread was not that crispy and should have been done more. The service was decent, but felt rushed. But I understand because they had a busy day. I will be back again.

What a gem. This food is outstanding- seriously high quality, flavorful and notably above anything around. So far I’ve had the shrimp pasta, reuben, French Dip, and crab cakes. The food alone is enough to keep coming back, but service was excellent as well: everyone appears to be happy working here. The attention to detail (espresso served in handmade mugs, flowers, wood and trim) makes for a wonderful dining experience.

Beautiful atmosphere and outdoor dining. Tall booths for privacy and dim lighting makes for a romantic experience. Mixed drinks weren’t very good. My favorite is their steak burger and fries. One of the best burgers in town.

I brought my wife here to celebrate our anniversary while we were on a family trip. It is always a little risky picky a restaurant so far away from home with no personal knowledge of the establishment, but Hamilton’s did NOT disappoint! When we entered, we found a clean and inviting waiting area, friendly and welcoming staff, and a nice, relaxed atmosphere. We were seated and immediately greeted by Gerardo, our awesome server that was not only knowledgeable about the menu, but personable- he truly added to the enjoyment of the evening. We started off with the crabcakes and had no regrets! The lemon butter was delicious and enhanced the natural flavors. We thoroughly enjoyed the bacon gouda macaroni and cheese. The ribeye was cooked perfectly. The beef wellington was amazing, to say the least. The crust on the key lime pie was perfect. My wife and I were very impressed with this restaurant and will most definitely find a reason to come back. Thank you for the great experience Hamilton’s!

One of the best steaks I’ve ever had. filet mignon – perfectly cooked for me at medium. The green beans and the side salad also good. As was the Hamilton’s artichokes.. a recipe from the hometown of Rochester New York. My husband had the dry age ribeye which he absolutely loved. Great service, nice atmosphere… If you’re over 50 you might need a flashlight to read the menu as it’s pretty dark in The restaurant!!

This place is awesome, another gem. Atmosphere is super friendly, professional staff. Great whiskey bar style seating available, I sat at the bar. Ordered the filet mignon with the crab cake, gouda mac and bacon with a side Caesar. Bar tender was awesome, bread is made in house, they also have home made pasta, nice touch for a steakhouse. My filet was cooked perfectly. If I had any critique it would be I know they’re trying to give you your moneys worth in the crab cake with a ton of meat, but why not just split it out into two crab cakes and let the meat breathe with a little flavor. Right now it’s just a patty of meat, still delicious though and awesome with the lemon butter dipping sauce.
