Fantastic Coney Island with great food and very friendly service. Their chicken finger pita is one of the best around. Hambo fries with chili, cheese, hamburger, & onion are excellent also. Everyone who works there is so genuinely kind and helpful.

This was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had! Diana (or D as I am told) was really the highlight of our experience there. She was a very friendly and personable server. She was also very understanding when we mentioned it was our first time visiting Hambo Coney Island. The food we ordered was all very good and surprisingly inexpensive! Totally recommend. Thanks Diana!

I was between breakfast and lunch ideas, so I ordered both. Country fried steak and a chili dog. Generous portions and everything was beyond tasty. Yes I like ketchup more than some people…mind ya business!!

Fantastic local place that I regularly visit. The food is good and the staff is fantastic. They do things like give balloons to kids, and even offered to give me my food for free once when I thought I left my wallet. Get the breakfast egg roll.

I’ll keep this short. Jess our waitress was amazing. She recommended the Mcgregor burger and it was FANTASTIC. Next time when I go in and sit in Jess’s section and order the Mcgregor, I will get thousand island dressing with it. Oh and Kevin her sidekick is pretty amazing as well. I’ll be back!

We received a friendly greeting of sit where ever you like. I ordered a spinach and feta scrambler and the eggs were undercooked. My waitress flew by with drinks but never checked on our food. Offered me a box and disappeared like a flash before I could say anything.

Only OK diner food, especially for the price. Eggs (scrambled- runny), pancakes (rubbery), bacon (too chewy and over cooked), hash browns (oily). The staff was super friendly, very accommodating for children, and the service was great.
