Ordered a large macaroni, a large red beans & rice and 6 biscuits. Everything was cold and instead of a large red beans and rice, I received two small orders. There was only one person working (which should have been a red flag but yet I ordered anyway) and he didn’t seemed to thrilled to get customers. There’s always a push to “support black businesses” but where is the push for the businesses to provide good service and products I will not be returning and I urge you to get your food elsewhere until this business steps their game up. No one has money to waste.

They mixed old fries with fresh one’s and that just totally grossed me out!! There in Slauson swap meet maybe another location may be cleaner with a nice staff. If your nasty to your customers, I can only imagine how much they care about the food that they serve.

Ordered from grubhub today 8 piece mixed LG jambalaya and two boudin ball. Everything came neat and warm however the chicken was just too salty but had a good flavor boudin balls mushy salty but I’ve always liked their jambalaya. I’m used to the one at the mall but I’ll give them another try at some point. Fyi watch the salt.
