Decided to go here while on my way to another restaurant for cocktails and dinner when the scent of the food enticed me to stop. Creatively curated cocktail names were back up by bold and unique flavors. Ordered the Steak Frites with Chimichurri and was greeted with a perfectly tender steak. A unique Chimichurri with a very lime heavy focus paired well with the dish giving it a refreshing edge. Service was impeccable, waitress was fun, friendly, and attentive.

I heard that they make fresh bagels in house. I ordered one with cream cheese to go. The bagel itself was pretty okay. But it came with cream cheese on the side and cut in a bizarre way. When I asked for the cream cheese to be spread, I was told the kitchen is too busy. The whole experience was disappointing.

We’ve eaten here several times, and while we always love the food and people, today was the best yet. We had a handful of apps (wontons, cheese curds) that came out perfectly cooked and hot. Followed that with a wonderful chicken sandwich and a variety of local beers. Our waiter, Tony was awesome. We’ll be back!

We had a small reception in the extra bar space. Everything was perfect. Bar tenders Nicole and Adam were super attentive, fun, and friendly. The drinks were top notch. The food (cheese board/fruit platter, steak/chicken skewers, meatballs, salmon dip, stuffed mushrooms) was awesome on top of being presented and arranged well. The space was excellent for our group size (~30). We had our our music playlist and the volume was just right. Highly recommend if you’re looking for relaxed neighborhood spot for your special something.

I love coming here for a dinner! Love the burger and fries but the menu has so many other delicious options. They are also very accommodating to large groups as well. The drinks are good and the price is right! Plus their specials and friend chicken sandwiches are always worth checking out.

We have been coming to Half Sour since they opened and it is still one of our favorite restaurants! The staff is amazing and food is so good too! The chef made a drink and cheeseburger are always my go tos. We love going to Bingo Night and seeing Tight Ship Comedy shows here. They also have outdoor seating for your pup!
