We stopped by Half Moon Empanadas and bought a dozen Empanadas to go. We got their chicken, beef and pulled pork plus the dessert ones: Hazelnut, Guava and Dulce de Leche. Yummy good!! We got 2 meals out of that batch. Easy parking, nice and clean inside, and friendly staff.

Love the empanadas. Only problem is now the phone goes to corporate and I can’t order ahead by phone. Ordered today online and the order wasn’t ready because they didn’t notice my order coming in. Would love if you switched it back so I can just call ahead for my order.

The empanadas are good, but I have to say that the place is totally overpriced. I paid almost $8 for 2 empanadas. 1 meat and 1 spinach. Also I had to pay $2 for the chimichurri or any other sauce I wanted to put in the empanadas. Come on, this place is a hole in a wall in a not so nice neighborhood. There is no service at all.

Long wait for the empanadas and it’s just a walk up window (no inside seating, minimal high top tables outside), plus very limited parking. But delicious! They are also stamp-labeled, which I particularly appreciate as a vegetarian.

Tried a chicken empanada and a beef empanada and they we’re good! Nice thing was that they were really stuffed with the filling and the seasoning was tasty. They didn’t skimp. The one drawback was that I wish the dough was a little crisper, they’re pretty doughy. However they were still really tasty and filled me up.
