This place is a 10/10. Dylan our server was excellent. He was attentive, coming over about 10 minutes asking us if everything was to our liking, I loved when waiters/waitress do this. He recommended soup bases, meats and what have you. All the suggestion he made was spot on. Me and my girlfriend LOVED it. He even made us his own sauce. The sauce he made us was heavily, I highly recommend asking him to make you his sauce. He even showed us how to make it when we we asked. All the food and drinks were amazing! Everyone else was also so very nice. Greeting us and while we left saying thank you. I HIGHLY recommend coming here because you are guaranteed 5 star service from everyone here. You even get the option to keep your veggies and even the even the SOUP BASE.

Great experience with hotpot. The staff (Nick) was very helpful. He explained everything so well. The food was delicious and the sauce bar was great too. We reached there when the place was about to close but no one hurried us up. Kids loved it. Added to my favorites.

First time here, staff is exceptional with customer service and the entire place is very kid friendly. They treated my 2 yr old daughter amazingly and they even have a kid room for kiddos to play in with bathrooms to accommodate them. Food is very tasty, I highly recommend the mushroom broth! Micheal was the best and extremely sweet. Have him hook you up with his secret sauce if your overwhelmed with the sauce bar! The robot is an added neat plus!

We celebrate family’s birthday and it’s a good choice for celebrations. There is almost no wait while arriving at 11:35AM for Sunday lunch. The staff is great, super patience and kind. They provide apron, glasses wipe, and scarf when I feel cold.

This is such a great place for family or group meals. Since my family has diverse taste, we opted to divide our hot pot into quarters. This allowed us to choose up to 4 – spicy beef tallow, tomato soup, mushroom soup, and chicken with fish maw soup bases. All were pretty delicious. Not to mention, ordering is so easy with the tablet. You can also see which items are being prepared or on the way.

I decided to try this place since it was recommended by a waitress at another hotpot location. First off, the place is not just a meal it’s an experience. The restaurant was stocked full of amenities and very bright inside. When I went to the bathroom there were q tips, lotions, mouthwash, cups, pads and other items. You also get an apron and hair tie right at your table to keep you clean while eating. The food was fresh and exquisite, all of the soup bases tasted great! I loved that I was able to choose 4 types of soup since most hotpot places only offer 2 and I was blown away by the amount of options on their menu. They also had a sauce bar which features a back-splash that lists the sauces you can make with the available ingredients. If you order the dancing noodles, which we did, your server will put on a show by hand pulling and spinning them. Kids get a complimentary meal and a toy! My daughter absolutely loved her light up wand. She also enjoyed being able to get up and play since there is a small room in the back with building blocks and a pretend icecream stand. I was thrilled when I heard they had robot servers which is a big reason I felt the need to come here, but honestly they seem to be more in the way than they are helping. I saw staff pulling them in different directions and there weren’t any food items on them, it seemed like they were just roaming around when they were moving on their own… the faces were cute though from what I could see. We ended up having so much food we couldn’t finish, but luckily they offer takeout and they pack it up for you. To keep you coming back they also have a points system for the amount of money you spend if you sign up for it, you can turn your points in for items that they keep at the front. I saw iphones and stuffed toys locked away in a glass case. I would recommend doing that because for just 3 people we easily spent $300, but if you’re not planning on coming back it isn’t very useful. Overall we had a great experience here, our server Nick gets 5 stars from me. It is definitely more about service than food, but the food is still amazing! If you want to have a good time and/or it’s a special occasion, I’d come here. If you’re just looking for food that tastes good, happy lamb and yin tang are cheaper options that taste just as yummy.
