Just wow! Everything was so high tech, clean, fun, and such an overall great experience. I enjoyed the food and service a lot. Get the Chinese donuts, they’re DELICIOUS. The prices were also super reasonable! The entire staff was SO professional, organized & nice! I cannot wait to come here again.

Haidilao is a gem, and Cynthia is a true gem of a host! Her friendliness and attentiveness made our evening truly special. She made sure we were aware of the August promotion, which made our visit even more enjoyable. She also gave me this cute balloon, it makes my day. The restaurant’s cleanliness and elegant decor made us feel comfortable throughout the meal. We loved the sauce bar’s variety; there was something for everyone. The food was delicious, and the quality was superb. Five stars for Haidilao and Cynthia!

The best hot pot I’ve ever had!!! I recommend making a reservation because they can get really busy, but it’s easy to make reservations online. There are many soup bases to choose from on the tablet they have at each table. My favorites are Thai Tom Yum and the Tomato soup bases. You order all of your protiens, vegetables, noodles, appetizers, and drinks on the tablet. Everything I’ve ever ordered off the menu has been fresh and delicious! Give yourself plenty of time to eat because I’m typically there for an hour and a half or more. I also recommend ordering the Dancing Noodle because you get a little show with dinner. The service here is excellent! They have the nicest wait staff who are always so helpful and happy to answer any questions you have. They also offer aprons so you don’t splash soup on your shirt.

My first hot pot and definitely will not be my last. We tried 2 broths and an assortment of proteins and vegetables, plus the sauce bar… the variety of choices is incredible and the quality of ingredients is top notch. The service was even more impeccable than the food from the moment you walk in the door. Big shout out to our server Rachel for being incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating.

Fantastic food and services. I have been to many hot pot in Seattle, but Haidilao is always my top option not only because the food is great but also the exceptional service. I think we have Angela and Dora as our servers yesterday. They are so sweet and amazing. Also one of the must-haves is the $1.99 lamb dish available on the weekday before 5 pm. This promotion last until the end of May.

The soup bases have considerable variety and the sauce bar really lets you make your dinner your own, and there is always a wide selection of new offerings as well. Cool experience. We did wait about 1.5 hours to be sat which was super inconvenient as we were told 30 mins when we arrived. Thankfully we were looking for other places to eat and we were called. Food was good, the mushroom and chicken & pork soup bases have good flavor, specially the mushroom one. It can seem pricy but it wasn’t really. Service was good despite the long wait. Definitely make an app if you want to go!
