Food was good, a busy take out place. Beware if you eat in, they charge you a 12% fee(in small print on menu at the bottom)…when you order to go they charge you a 3% bagging fee …they charge you $4 for a 20oz cup of lemonade they bought at Costco 2pack 96 oz for $8.

I went here for lunch on a Tuesday. Very busy but not much of a wait for a seat. The spring rolls and peanut dipping sauce were basic. The peanut sauce was very watery & diluted, not a lot of flavor. The broth in my pho ga tasted good. Service was friendly and prices were reasonable but I would not go back again.

They have some fairly good pho, though I found myself preferring the dumplings and wontons. The brisket and steak wasn’t the best, but certainly pretty good. They give good portions and are accommodating for tweaks you might want. They provided us with extra jalapeños and hot oil. I’d be curious to try the chicken pho here as well at some point. No complaints, just not the best I’ve had. P.S. They incorporate tip into the bill by adding a 12% service fee, so don’t worry about tipping.

Always great service here, day and evening. Their Chicken Curry Stir Fry with Brown Rice was EXCELLENT!! Nice and spicy I recently tried the Kung Pao Chicken and Pork Dumplings, and can say that everything I’ve tried so far tastes great! They know how to bring out the flavors of each sauce without drowning the plate.

Was recommended the Hu Tieu Ap Chao when I asked the server and it has become one of my favorite meals! Portion sizes are large and food comes out quick!

Below average food when compared to other pho restaurants. Ordered the rare steak and brisket pho, shrimp spring rolls, pork dumplings, and crab Rangoon… except the crab Rangoon stuffing was only cheese. I think whoever made the batch made a mistake and didn’t realize the crab was not added. Overall everything was lacking flavor but I still felt the quality of ingredients were good for the price.

Love the food and service. 4 stars because you need to put a tip line on your credit card receipts! Treat your employees better and allow them to make more tips. Without your employees you have no restaurant.

My food was delicious. Meat and veggies were thinly sliced which I enjoy. Everything was separate for me to add in as I liked.I placed a pickup order and took it to work for lunch. It was nicely wrapped and it arrived nice and warm. It came with hoisen and siracha. I didn’t get chopsticks so if you want some make sure to ask. The spring rolls came with peanut sauce and hot oil on the side.

Although the ambiance of the place is lacking a little, the food my g/f and I was served was perfectly cooked and delicious. First, we had the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer. Then, I had vermicelli with egg rolls, and she had the pho with steamed vegetables.

Hai Ky has been around for many years. Its food is relatively inexpensive, delicious and in large portions. Everything is fresh. The interior is spare but clean and open. I highly recommend any dish, but their pho is excellent!
