Ummm the waitresses are always nice. The chefs behind the Sushi bar always say “Thank you!” loudly to everyone who leaves EXCEPT me. Like every time I come they never say thanks to me but they go out their way to say it to all other customers that I observed. Not gonna say my assumption ♀️ but… I just decided this is my final time coming here. Food & price is cool. I just don’t feel appreciated as a repeat customer. This is just my personal opinion. You might like it though.

I ordered from this place on DoorDash at 7pm and received a text from DoorDash at 8pm that my order was delivered. I never received my order and my camera’s show no one delivered anything to my house. After waiting 15min to get ahold of DoorDash support, I got a full refund. I went to the restaurant at 8:25pm and informed the hostess of what happened. I asked if I could please reorder my food and pay for it. She apologized generously for my troubles and found my order check and took it to the manager. As soon as the manager came out he rudely told me (in broken English) I needed to call DoorDash. I explained to him that I already received my refund and all I wanted to do was to reorder my food and pay for it. He didn’t understand what I was explaining. He said they don’t take DoorDash orders after 8:30pm. I explained again I wanted to reorder in person for take-out and pay. He said no they are already closed (even though thier business hours posted are till 9:30pm). I asked if he could make an exception being as the cooks were still cooking and I’m a frequent customer of theirs. He refused to do so. Worst customer service. It wasn’t a complicated order. The hostess admitted that they only have one order left to make. It wouldn’t have taken much time to remake my order. Will never return to this place again.

Alright so I’ve been going here for a very long time. Maybe 5 years, same thing everytime. (Father and daughter combo. 2 nigiri mix. That’s our order) And I have continuously been getting good service, and I never got around to leaving a really good review for them. But today was the day.

Enjoyed the atmosphere staff was friendly. Compliments to those who prepared our dishes extremely delicious and pleasing to the eyes. Very impressed and satisfying to taste. KUDOS….. Will definitely return to try other sushi plates and menu dishes..

Presentation of the pork Bulgogi was good but flavor wise it’s probably below average. We got miso soup but it was basically just miso broth with 2 micro size tofu cube. There were no other solid ingredients. Staff was friendly tho.

Horrible customer service!! From the manager himself! I ordered two rolls! I customized them! I asked that 1 of the rolls not have a specific item on it! I was speaking to a nice girl in the front that was taking her time and helping me choose a good roll! During this time the manager gets on the phone and interrupts our Conversation! He was rushing me ( they were busy it was lunch time so I understand) however when I picked my order up it was wrong. I called for 10min and they were closed. I’m down the street from them so decided to drive up. When I get there the owner is walking out. I said “excuse me my order wasn’t done right” He proceeds to come up to me and start the whole argument with me because he wanted me to take the roll! So then I asked him for my money back. He starts yelling at me and saying I’m the owner and customer isn’t always right! He is wrong on so many levels! I just wanted my wall done right. He jumped into a conversation and didn’t get my order right and now was mad that I was inconveniencing him! Horrible ! The owner lacks customer service completely
