Order a cheese pizza and all the edge slice had only sauce. I called to see if we can get it fix and the person who answered refused to replace it. I have never had a problem with them before but I will not be going back

We’ve been long time customers (20+ yrs) before the recent name change. We dropped 1 star because in the last couple of months we gotten pizzas that more often than not had under done crust. You can tell it wasn’t cooked long enough when the pizza won’t come up from the box. It’s barely brown. I know they probably are understaffed and sending pizzas out for delivery in one batch but I’d rather have my pizza cooked properly and wait longer for it. Great toppings, lots of cheese, but the under cooked crust might be a deal breaker for us in the future.

Perfect Twin Cities style pizza! Hags has a new name but they have been making fantastic pizza since I was a kid. If you’re new to the area, Twin Cities style pizza to me is thin crust, cheese on top of the toppings and cut into squares. Hags does it right!!

Hag’s was once a Savoys, so they use all the same great ingredients as the original St. Paul location that was on E 7th and HWY 52. Hag’s is as close as you’ll get to the taste and quality of the old downtown Savoy’s. Don’t waste your time going elsewhere. No dining in unfortunately, but fantastic pizza for delivery or to go.
