I ordered the caldo de res and capirotada. Caldo was okay. the added rice added some flavor. the capirotada lacked sweetness. i liked that it had shredded coconut, peaches, raisins but it still wasn’t sweet enough. I didn’t see any cheese on it either. Long wait time at the drive thru.

My family and i have been enjoying this place as soon as it opened. We’ve had birthday’s, parties, have done karaoke and have visited with friends and a large portion of our family join us! So many of the staff are really good at remembering who you are and will remember what you like! All the menu for the most part is super tasty. The Menudo, “El Plato Mexicano” / sweet tea / chips, butter & salsa with corn tortillas! Tienes hambre! If you’re coming on a Sunday be prepared for the after church crowd. See everyone soon!

Great food. Service is always great. I think we got a new waitress this time she didn’t come back for refills but the other waiter made sure to take care of us. They have good fajitas, enchiladas and tacos. The maranito is alot of food that two people can share

I was not expecting a lot but this place is pretty good! I had the shrimp quesadillas (there were 3!) And it’s one of the few places I’ve been here that hasn’t cooked the shrimp into rubber. Definitely a gem.

Worst experience. Was being almost asked to leave cause i ordered food and they didnt want to make any more. Closes at midnight and i ordered food at 11.30. No manager to talk to and being charged for some extra items when it already comes in the food. Don’t come here if you want to be treated right. The waitress named Maria then charged me for the food before i can even taste it and when she comes back. Throws my card in my food. This person shouldn’t be serving people if you dont know customer service

Prices are ridiculously high for the food. Service very poor. If you order coffee, your lucky to get a second cup. Waiter never even checks on table. And to top it off, They tack on a 20% gratuity. For what, there was no service. Im assuming since they are right next to a church, that’s probably why their prices are so high and do the gratuity theft to enhance their bills. Highly NOT recommended unless you want to throw away your money. Several other restaurants in San Antonio give better service and the food is much better than this place.

1st Time Here. Loved the look of the inside of the Restaurant. Fast Service and Clean. Loved the Parillada Plate for 1 Person, love the Rice the Boracho means were ok, the Green Sauce was really delicious. If I’m on this side of San Antonio again one of these Days, I will come here again.
