I went in for my daughters birthday tonight… we hadn’t tried it, so we thought we would tonight. I ordered enchiladas and kids ordered chicken and fries… The first time they brought the strips out, they were burnt and I asked my waitress if they could be remade. She says yes, and we wait about 20 minutes.. she brings them back fresh chicken. I cut into one.. and it was still RAW. At this point I’m feeling a little bit irritated. I take it to the window where the cooks are and the waitress takes the plate and talks to them in Spanish and turns to tell me that they will fix it. So now we’re on the third round of these chicken strips. I felt absolutely horrible about eating in front of my kids while they have waited nearly an hour now for their food. (They ate half of mine) I asked for a to go box for the cold fries from the first round, and also for the chicken strips IF they were done and the tacos I asked for as well. I told her I needed my check too. A while went by, so I walked to the front with the kids and the waitress tells me she’s going to only charge me for my plate and chicken… not the taco meal. Which came to $21.05. She then takes my card around the corner to a different spot and runs my card. She brings it back for me to sign and I notice it’s for $27!! I bring it to her attention and her and I both see she charged me for SOMEBODY ELSES MEAL! Needless to say, I told her that the extra $7 would’ve been a tip that she charged off my card. The owner was nearby and said absolutely NOTHING. I was willing to tip this waitress even after a horrific experience… I say all this to say… I HOPE you have a better experience than we did on my little girl’s birthday!

Today was my first time trying this restaurant and I just ran in to get my pick up order. It was VERY clean and tidy and the ladies at the front were so sweet. One worker even opened the door for me and even carried my food out to my car for me (i’m 9 months pregnant) and i thought that was SO nice. She wished me luck with my pregnancy and was so kind. To top it off- the food was AMAZING. especially for the price!! I found my new fave mexican restaurant in town!

I would like to preface by saying I hardly ever leave a review but maybe this will help this local business to rectify issues. We stopped in last night for dinner. My husbands food was cold but he didn’t make a fuss, My plate was luke warm and the meat in the enchilada was pink in the middle. The ladies behind us asked for their check because they never received their food, the couples beside them were complaining of cold food and the lady with the children who left a review prior to this one were seated in the booth across from us. Front of the house staff were trying but I think the back of the house staff needs some work. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be back.
