I ordered the Grande burrito with steak and NO sour cream as I’m allergic to it. When I got back to the office, I find that it has sour cream and no steak but hamburger. The saltiest hamburger I have ever eaten. This is now the 3 time I have requested no sour cream and gotten it. IT is the last time. I will not be returning. $12 for a coke and salty no steak burrito with sour cream of which I’m allergic to. The food is great but the listening ears are not.

Horrible experience . I tried the chinos tacos and besides them being small they were burnt and had a burnt taste to them. I thought they would have melted cheese on top and it was just a cold shredded cheese mound on top. Just wasn’t right . The lady at the register gave me an ugly look because I didn’t leave a tip for a order I was taking with me .

Walked in and waited my turn in line. As I was waiting one of the cooks dropped a grill spatula on the floor as she stood next to the grill. It took a few minutes but then she picked it up off the floor and placed it next to the grill adjacent to the other spatulas. Hmmmm. Needless to say , I walked out and will never return.
