I’ve only been to Habaneros twice, but each time I went, the food was fantastic. I have yet to find a better Oregon burrito than the one I’ve discovered here, and I would highly recommend it to anyone that loves Oregon burritos. If you like spicy sauces, Habaneros has you covered. Their fiery habanero sauce not only brings the heat, but it also brings great flavor. The staff are kind, and the prices and time to get your food is very reasonable!

Good food, quick and friendly service. The building is OLD, tiny, and right on State Street (so noisy) but perfect for drive-thru. Shaded picnic tables right on the creek are nice for al fresco dining.

First off, I love burritos. I have tried many places all over Oregon, and this is definitely on the top of my list. The food is amazing, well portioned, and the staff are great. The fire habanero salsa is the best salsa I’ve had at any of the places I’ve been to. If you like it hot, you need to try it.

Standard, medium fast food Mexican food. Ordered a regular chicken burrito and it was fine. Chicken, beans, rice, cheese, that was it. Tasted good, red salsa was not too hot.

Terrible customer service and overpriced. We were surprised to see on the menu $4.39 for a carne asada taco so we asked the lady taking orders how many tacos come in that order and she told us 4 carne asada tacos for $4.39. We ordered those along with other items for our family. After paying and receiving our order we checked the food and only saw 1 carne asada taco. We drove back to the restaurant and went inside with the bag of food to show them. The lady at the register was going to charge us more money totaling $7.99 if I wanted the full order of 4 tacos. So we just paid $4.39 for a single taco. We were lied to and the food is mediocre at best. Go somewhere else where tacos are a fraction of the price with good customer service.

Some of the best bang for your buck. If you like authentic Mexican food this nails it and you will rarely be hungry after. Open early and late. Go to, default food in the Salem area.

Great place for a quick bit of some authentic Mexican food. They have pretty much all the dishes known for the mex culture. Really liked the chese biria tacos with biria dipping sauce. Spices are on point with 5 or more choices. You’ll enjoy it.

This place is completely overpriced and misleading. The lady was not listening or paying attention so it was very hard for her to take our order since she was very distracted. My daughter wanted tacos and I was surprised to see it was $4.39 for 1 taco. I asked the lady if that’s for 1 taco and she said not that’s for 4 tacos. So I went ahead and ordered 1 order of 4 tacos for $4.39 because that’s what the lady told us. I then ordered 2 burritos, one for my wife and one for me. We got to the window and they lady tells us that we ordered 3 burritos which showed she was not listening. I told her no we only ordered 2 burritos. We paid for our meal and drove off. My wife checked the food and she looked through the food and only found 1 taco. I would’ve never paid almost $4.50 for 1 taco but I was mislead and they didn’t put any toppings. My wife went back to the register and told the lady about the situation and there was no apology instead she was rude and passive aggressive about it and made my wife feel like we were ridiculous about what we were told originally at the drive through. This team of people are rude and don’t listen, and this place is overpriced. And at the end of it, the wait time in the drive through was laughable and took 15 minutes just waiting at the window for the food. So we should’ve just gone to an actual sit down nice Mexican restaurant where the wait time is almost the same with Better food. I would recommend going to the food carts on Portland road or La Fonditas where the food is authentic with reasonable prices and the staff love their customers.

This is one of the best spots in town when I need to grab a big burrito or some tacos. I go through here all the time, it’s a staple!

I ordered food from here, got home and went to take a bite of my rice and found a roach in my rice. I immediately called them to notify them and was super chill about it and the women continued to be rude so I offered to bring it back with the food untouched. I enter and she grabs it and opens it up and tell me she doesn’t “believe “ me because it was “just on top like that “ . Like I’m gonna place a roach on top of $20 food and lie about it. She refunded me but the way she handled the situation was wrong especially when I stayed calm the entire time and I’m 9 months pregnant .
