Highly recommend. The service here was great. Our waitress took the time to explain the entire menu, which was great. She also gave an explanation as each dish came out and the best way to cook it . The food was delicious. Seasoned and sauced perfectly. I enjoyed this much better than other restaurants we had been to with the same style of dining. Definitely can’t wait to come back

OMG! My husband surprised me with a visit to this restaurant. I’d been wanting to go here for quite some time. From the moment we walked in the door until the moment we left our experience was AMAZING!!!

Found out about Gyu-Kaku while searching through Google maps for a new place to eat. We were not disappointed! The choices were a bit overwhelming at first. Our server was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and how to simplify it. We will be returning to try more options of the menu. I would recommend reservations due to how quickly it fills up.

We often go here. They have good quality of meat. There is often a line during weekdays so call for reservations 30minutes before. If you want to taste a lot of meat go for their sets, it might be pricier but if there is only two people eating I think ordering a la carte is good enough for portions.

I absolutely love this place. I used to eat at a place called Yakiniku Yumimaru in Okinawa. This place is similar except it is not all you can eat. They have a high quality selection of meats; very fresh. I love the manager that is always at the front, she has a very good presence. I recommend getting the thinner slices of meat as it cooks faster and it’s easier to eat as it is not so thick. If you get the thicker meats, I would suggest you do a la carte instead of choosing a full meal selection. PLEASE order a side of scallion sauce, you will not regret it. It pairs well with all the meats. I have nothing but great things to say about eating here, we come at least once a month. We are from out of town and wanted to treat our son to a unique dining experience for his 4th birthday. We had the BEST experience here. The food was amazing. The grill was far enough into the table that our baby was nowhere near it and didn’t hurt herself. The kids meal was inexpensive and came with a LOT of food and variety. The lunch prices were very good with lots of good deals. The rewards program gave us a free s’mores setup dessert just for signing up. Our server, Swatek was very helpful, efficient, and pleasant. 10/10 dining experience. Will definitely be back when we visit KC again.

First experience was this Japanese bbq. We absolutely loved this experience. Similar to Korean bbq, but the servings were smaller which was very nice! We ordered the Meat Variety for 3 and it was filling for all 3 of us. We weren’t overly stuffed. Service was absolutely fantastic!

First time enjoying Korean BBQ, where you get to grill your food at the table. Wonderful experience. My wife and I got the value set, and we were stuffed. I will say most of the meats were top-notch, but a few cuts were not the best. The Edamame was very woody as well.

Nice atmosphere, amazing service, and great food. My only complaint is that it was a bit more expensive than similar places. Our favorite part was the beef sukiyaki bibimbap rice.

You have a lot of options to cook your own food, but that’s not what I want to do when I go to a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself was attractive. We didn’t order our dishes spicy for an extra cost which may have been a mistake as they were quite bland. There are three bottles of sauce on the table, but didn’t add much seasoning. Might return to order small plates as several looked appetizing.
