Gyro Station of Glen Head is seriously the best little spot in the neighborhood. I can’t get enough of their outdoor seating; it just adds a cozy vibe to the whole experience. And let me tell you, their chicken souvlaki is a game-changer. They go against the norm and use chicken thigh instead of boring old breast, and oh boy, it makes all the difference. The chicken is so dang juicy and tender, it practically melts in your mouth.

They have not “updated their online menu” to reflect the prices so expect to pay $15-20 more when you get there than you’re anticipating

1st time I drove here and it was a little hard to find because its tucked behind the main road, but parking is ample because it’s right next to the LIRR train station. FYI the salmon gyro isn’t on the lunch menu but it was worth paying extra for it; fresh AF! 4 stars is becuz the spinach pie wasn’t worth the $11 and they have 2 signs posted on their business (pita station on the side and gyro station on the door) which makes it confusing for a first time customer. Shoutout to the Beautiful Black Queen in the front, those edges were layyyed!
