Service was good and fast. I enjoyed the dark ambiance inside with the mismatched chairs. It was a cozy vibe. They have seating outside which was nice on a Sunday morning, super relaxing and no traffic. The presentation of the food was great. We got a sandwich with a “croissant” bun and a vegan burrito. The “croissant” wasn’t a croissant it was just a bun that looked swirled, however the sandwich was good. The vegan burrito was okay, it was mostly corn. I wish it had avocado or zucchini, more of a variety of vegetables on the inside. The corn had a soggy texture so it was hard for me to eat. We also had chai lattes, we wished the chai had spice and flavor. It was extremely muted and tasted more like plain milk. It was a little pricey to be disappointed by the food/drinks.

The person coming up with the menu items KNOWS flavors. Very solid flavor combinations, and just the right amount of heat to dishes and drinks with spicy ingredients. The breakfast burritos were delicious, and the coffee was crafted excellently. The staff clearly cares about their craft, know their customers, and are genuinely friendly. This should be your number one place to try both for coffee and breakfast. Well worth the drive from surrounding areas. Will absolutely be coming back.

Absolutely loved the atmosphere and community feel- great service! The food was lacking in flavor. I had avocado toast and it tasted like store bought spread.. it just could’ve been better with seasoning or goat/feta cheese- it needed more.

Absolutely love this coffee shop. I’m over a 1000 miles from home and yet I feel relaxed here and able to enjoy. Food is Awesome and so is the dark roast. The staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive.

Adorable coffee shop. Has delicious pastries and burritos. The gypsy mocha is amazing! The sweet employee suggested it and now I am addicted. I’d like to note that it’s one of the only coffee shops opened early in Pueblo.

We tried many coffee places around Pueblo on our recent trip and this is hands down the best one. Very friendly neighborhood vibe with a large selection of drinks and even some breakfast food options and sweets. Check it out if you’re in the area.

My experience there was cold, at best. The baristas and workers there seem to discriminate customers that look different. I ordered a frappe drink there and it was a literally a water-downed chocolate coffee. The barista who made it for me was pretty rude. I highly recommend not going to this place.

Everything was amazing! I wish I could’ve tried some of the pastries but I was too full. They looked amazing so I would come prepared to try them if you are feeling adventurous. I can’t have caffeine so I usually have to settle when the group goes to coffee shop. However I ordered the hot cocoa and it’s the best hot chocolate I’ve ever ordered out! Not too sweet and very chocolatey. I also loved the latte art, it made it very special
