Not NY style pizza as advertised. The bread is at least 1/2 an inch thick, and the slices ripped in half when we tried to pick them off. Inedible. I would not order again.

We were in town for a night at the Drury and found this pizza place online late at night, after a long ride from Cedar Point a hot delicious pizza & boneless wings were perfect! I didn’t realize it walking distance until the next day which is good for future reference. I would definitely recommend Guys to anyone asking about food in downtown Cleveland!

Ordered food through Uber Eats. They failed to deliver the order. Had to call 3 times before someone answered. When someone answered, they said they couldn’t refund the money because it was ordered through a third party. They also refused to deliver the food because “my driver won’t deliver it.” What an absolute clown act. I just paid them money to literally do nothing and they blatantly and deliberately refused to correct it. I offered to provide my information so they could refund my money or to receive the delivery of my food order. They wouldn’t do either. I get that it’s profitable to force people to pay you for doing nothing, but that’s not good business.

Went there past 12am when everything else downtown was closed. Ordered a small cheese pizza. Service was quick and polite. Pizza was done in about 10 minutes and tasted excellent. I ate the entite thing in about 10 minutes, 5 minutes extra waiting for the thing to cool down.

This place is not fit for a dog or rat to eat at. The fries I ordered where white and not golden brown! You will notice you do not smell any food cooking. Though I ordered “Hand Cut” fries they were from a bag. Customer service sucked not friendly at all. Do not waste your time or money

Not sure if this was a bad experience because I went in about 45 minutes prior to closing, but that’s not a good excuse for bad food. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and their version of a ‘meat lovers’ pizza. It was like they were dipped in oil, so the crust was extremely soggy. I only ate the toppings from one of the slices.. I couldn’t do it as much as I tried. The only good thing is it was cheap!! Only $13 for two slices and a bottle of water.
