The service we got from our server/bartender Dwayne was 1000x better than the food. Although the food was good in taste, you would expect more than 1 oz of meat and more than 3 thin slices of jalapeños on an 18″ pizza. Corporate greed has ruined a perfectly good pizza. The Cook, the manager, and Dwayne were absolute rock stars and the sole definition of fantastic and memorable restaurant service. I can see why the restaurant is not busy and we were the only customers solely because of the food, rather, the lack there of. If I was Guy Fieri, I would be ashamed and embarrassed of the topping portions on a pizza.

For the Guy Fiere name on this, it was ok. Nothing special. The pizza was decent. Wings were hot but nothing amazing. You can pay to play some arcade games too.

the restaurant is cute however it’s seat yourself so our server took a minute to come to our table. He asked for our drinks and forgot to bring out our water. we told him at least three times that he forgot it and he kept saying he would bring it and never did. he finally brought the water out at the end of our meal.

Despite having a small menu, the pizza choices are awesome. Party of 5, we wanted different pizzas. We ordered the Taco Pizza, The Fat Boy and Pepperoni. All three pizzas were perfect. We asked for salsa for the Taco Pizza, our amazing waiter went next door to the Taco Joint and grabbed us all the different types. We also ordered sides of fries to go with our pizzas, crunchy and yummy! The atmosphere is very fun. There’s skee ball, air hockey, basketball, and a jukebox where you select the music. The music videos are broadcast on multiple tvs throughout the restaurant. When I go to Hampton again, I’ll definitely be going back for the pizza!

First time here, it was kind of confusing at first, I was just standing in line by the front door until an employee said we could sit at the bar, ok cool. Place is bigger than expected. Good service at the bar. The garlic parmesan wings were good with tomato dipping sauce and the cheeseburger pizza is a must try.

I love and appreciate the throwback atmosphere at Guy’s Pizza Parlor, however, the pizza is just okay and the service was friendly, but very slow and nonchalant. If thinking of heading out to Guy Fieri’s Pizza Parlor, you should have the mindset to go there to hang out with friends and family, play arcade games and beer pong, and have eating pizza as a secondary thought.
