We waited over 90 min and asked about our food. They forgot to make it. They hustled to get our orders out and made all 4 of them incorrectly. Too greasy, too watery, separation. Really upset with the service and quality. I hate leaving negative reviews but this place really dropped the ball.

We were really excited to try this place after all the good reviews. However our experience wasn’t as good as other people’s. We waited for 45min to get our food while other people that came in after us ordered and got theirs promptly. The nacho jalapenos raviolis were cold and didn’t have a good flavor we each ate one and threw them away. The veggie pasta was cold and didn’t have any flavor. The boxes leaked all through our bag and the packaging of the pasta wasn’t ideal because the paper ripped off and got into our food. The only okay thing was Gustoso’s pasta because it was at least hot.

Came to Emporia to take my wife to dinner, looked up the place figured why not. Very welcoming, super nice, and pretty quick. Dining area is a little small but works great. Food was hot and absolutely amazing. We left with our stomach full, and even though the prices are coming up on everything everywhere, this place is fair and worth every penny. Will definitely make a trip to come back. Thank you.

Took my husband for lunch today for his 30th birthday. I had high expectations from the raving reviews but was sadly disappointed. We waited 30 minutes for my food to come out, and an additional 25 minutes for my my husbands food. I don’t understand why they decided it would be a good idea to bring our meals out so far apart when we arrived and ordered our meals together. I waited to eat my meal until they brought my husbands out so we could eat together as planned. By the time I ate it, the pasta and bread was cold. My husband said his sub was good, but I found my Chicken Alfredo to be bland. Otherwise the location was very inviting and nice, and the staff was very friendly and did apologize to us for the wait.
